夜中でも平気で騒ぎ立てる中国人、韓国人、学生ばかりに。

問題だらけの人種を入居させてまともな住人を追い出したいのでしょうか？
こんな会社に譲り渡した前管理会社にも憤りを感じます。

あと入居後、突然説明なしに自転車置き場を有料にしたり、退去後、退去時の費用精算の明細送れとお願いしたのに送らないとか。全般的に対応が悪いし、説明をしない。客商売のいろはができていないです。
