昼ラーのあとザックリと散歩をしてみると、田畑はさすがにひと月前とは様子が変わってきて、場所によっては冬支度もはじまっている様子。
午前も午後もパラパラと天気雨にふられてしまった。
とりあえず、雨宿りがてらに午後ラー❗
『しょうゆチャーシューメン@心美・喜多方』
茹で加減ふつうな麺は、ゆるくウェーブのかかった中細平打ち麺で、口触りツルツル?
ほんのりと豚骨の香るアッサリ醤油スープ?
トロトロな豚バラチャーシュー×６?
メンマ・ワカメ・ナルト?
わりとスタンダードなタイプの醤油ラーメンな感じかな。
美味しくいただきました⭐

営業時間が1500～2000、土日祝は1130からなんていうあたりは学校帰りの学生応援的な店のらしいね⭐

恰幅のよい女性の店主さんが１人で切り盛りしているようです。
大盛ラーメンを注文しましたが
店主さま
うっかり普通盛りで出されました。
最近のお店では
「申し訳有りませんでした」
の言葉だけですし、私もそれで良いと思いましたが、ご自分用(？)のおでんを付けていただきました。
なにかしらサービスしろなどとは言いませんが、自然な対応でサービスしていただけてお袋の店みたいな感じがして、気持ちも暖かくなりました。
今度は恰幅のよいお上さんお勧めの、ジャンボチョコレートパフェに挑戦します

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他のお店に行こうと思ったら夕方6時ごろでしたが閉店。こちらが開いていたので入りました。地元の学生向けの割引のラーメンなんかもあって、学生さんに人気のラーメン屋のようです。地元の味、喜多方ラーメンを美味しくいただきました。
When I thought about going to another shop, it was around 6 pm, but it closed. I entered because this was open. There are also discounted ramen for local students, and it seems to be a popular ramen shop for students. We enjoyed the local taste, Kitakata ramen.

猫好きな店主の方でしてナルトもにゃんこちゃんなのにはほっこりでした。
メニューにチョコパフェやクリームソーダが追加されてたのには驚きました。
駐車場はお店斜め向かいの消防屯所の後ろ側に３台？ほど止められますが、一方通行路なので注意が必要です。

今回食後にジャンポクリームソーダを注文しましたが、ビールジョッキに入ったクリームソーダはビジュアル的にジワりました?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日18時辺りの食堂はほぼ閉店の中明かりを見つけ入店！4人掛けテーブル２卓というシンプルさ！着席して暫く待つと女将がオーダーをとりに、独りで切り盛りしてるようで仕方ないか！醤油ラーメンと餃子を注文。ラーメンの麺は艶やか平打ち中太縮れ麺、ホロッとバラチャーシュー癖なく旨い、スープも喜多方の味でトータルバランスいい逸品！餃子も手造りみたいで難なし！既製品瓶のままのたれとお酢、飾りっけ無し！これもいい！
