天	天狼星 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本格的な家系ラーメンってことで、期待して行ってみた。開店と同時に４名が入店し、それぞれが好きな位置に着席。隣席とはアクリル板で仕切りが設けられているが、一人分のスペースが狭くて多少の圧迫感がある。５分程度してラーメンが出て来たが、先ずどんぶりが小さ目なのが目についた。ただし、麺の量は他店と比べて少なくはないようだ。食べた印象は、オーソドックスな家系ラーメンの味で、近頃目にする『横浜家系ラーメンと書かれた看板のまがい物店』のそれとは違い、満足の一杯であった。だが、『是が非にでも食べたいラーメン』かと問われると否と応える。それは家系ラーメンには既に完成された味があり、この店独特の個性を打ち出すのか難しいとの意味であり、決してこの店の味が劣ると言うものではない。別の言い方をすれば、正当な『家系ラーメン』であればどの店に行っても大差はない完成されたレベルにあると言えるのではないか。 I expected it because it was a full-fledged Iekei ramen.
