K	Klaus Tschofen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very new hotel, only opened in mid to late 2019. The room are small but very functional as you would expect, and if you are lucky you will have a nice view on top. Everything is self serve, but I didn't feel this was an inconvenience and rather enjoyed the concept. And if you are stuck there is always a friendly employee nearby. Note that breakfast is very simple, but if you want something more substantial there are plenty of places nearby and of course a convenience store downstairs.
P	Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great new place to stay. Staff was super friendly and accommodating as well. The rooms are on the smaller side (for a westerner) but still comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Hotel is in close proximity to two train stations and the subway as well. Close to the pier in case you like to sit and watch water.
P	Patrice Laroche on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been staying here for a week as I write this, I am with my late teen daughter and we have had an awesome experience. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help. The location is pretty good with a short walk to Hamamatsucho Station or Daimon Station. We only took the station next to the hotel a few times, it's costlier and not a time saver much. There is a Family Mart downstairs with everything you'd need. Our morning routine has been to use the hotel's breakfast bread and coffee. Prior to that I'd shop downstairs for hard boiled eggs and yogourt. Does the job and it's cheap enough. We used the laundry room, worked well and soap is supplied automatically. Rooms are perfect for Tokyo, I've seen much smaller. Very functional. Every 3 days they clean it up, if you want every day you have to put a sign up and it's an extra cost. But every day you get fresh towels for free. Overall pretty awesome spot. I travel a lot for work and I really recommend this place.
E	Emoney Flex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unable to access the TV’s inputs so I couldn’t hook up any of my own devices. I asked the staff and they said it was impossible. Moreover, my blanket had a big dirty brown spot on it when I checked in and the table was covered in dust. Given how small the room is, I assume my room just wasn’t cleaned before checking in. Won’t be staying here again.
A	Amadeo Iborra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is privileged: you can reach almost anywhere in Tokyo by the three different stations next to the hotel. Also you have a convenience store and several restaurants near the hotel, so you can have breakfast or dinner right away from/to the hotel. The room concept is great: there is just enough space for the bed (excellent matrices), TV, a great shower and a toilet. You don't need more. There is complementary free coffee in the lobby and the staff is helpful and kind (also fluent in English). Also the comic hotel theme is fun
K	Katarzyna Janicka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable rooms, friendly service, coffee, tea and a muffin for breakfast. Very comfortable living room for work and food. Beautiful view from the window of the port and ocean. Great communication - close to the metro and JR train. 24 hour shop right next to the hotel. Unfortunately, the bed is wide but with two mattresses. It's not comfortable because the mattresses are falling apart.
V	Vimmy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff don’t tell you that the bread they offer is very limited. So even if you go on time, there is a chance you won’t get anything. The check in procedure is very troublesome, it doesn’t work when you input your personal info which already takes a while. Two staff had to help me sort it out and it took a while for them to fix it too. Even for a Japanese style, the room is one of the smallest I’ve seen around this area and I always stay at hotels around Minato/Hamamatsucho. There is very little space and you can see the bed right away from the door. There’s no even a table, no tea, no hot water boiler that should be offered typically in a normal Japanese hotel. I wouldn’t recommend going here for these reasons.
A	Arunn Vel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manga style hotel , stayed here in April 2021. The checkin process might take some time as you need to enter the details on the self checkin machine! The rooms were so compact, don’t expect much room space. The bed was comfortable, don’t tile the chair though. I really liked the hotel theme. The provide limited bread as breakfast. Can reach any part of Tokyo easily from the hotel.
