Starting with the location that is well placed near to metro station and in quiet area not far from main attractions. The reception is really friendly, professional and welcoming. The lobby is well decorated beside the decent lounge coffee that serve meals and drinks most of the day. There is also have money exchange kiosk. The elevators are programmed based on different floors so they are really quick. The corridor towards the room has very nice view of the inner garden. The room is really clean and decent with all amenities at very good quality. They also have very comfortable beds especially the pillows. The bath is really clean and has nice body care products. The room has free handy phone that you can use during your stay for call and internet. On the garden floor, there is gym and decent lounge that is open 24hr and serve cold and hot drinks for free. It’s definitely nice place to work or relax beside or inside the garden. The checkout was very smooth and they offer you service if you need. They also have weight scale for luggage. Highly recommended place !!!
F	F M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love it! The staffs are kind and super helpful. The room is fantastic, with Tokyo view. The breakfast lounge location is tricky, make sure to ask the staff where it is. It was raining, and you can borrow an umbrella and give it back when you're done. If you get the train from airport you get off in Mita Station. The hotel is 3 minutes walk from the station. Major attraction nearby is Tokyo Tower, 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
S	Steve Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We totally enjoyed our stay here, very comfortable beds. The rooms are quiet and serviced daily. The rooms are very clean well furnished. The breakfast was excellent, fresh food just kept on coming. We would highly recommend this hotel 10 minutes walk to either train station. And yes the staff were very friendly and helpful in helping us find our way around Tokyo.
J	J Raphael Richards on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful hotel with exceptional staff. It was our honeymoon and we stayed here five nights. Unfortunately it was also just after our baggage had been lost. The hotel staff were very supportive and even made us a card and gave us drinks vouchers for the bar. They also offered to support us with getting toiletries and clothes if we needed. The fitness suite was also adequate and the upstairs coffee lounge proved very useful. Oh, and the morning breakfast was well worth the price!!! Huge variety and delicious food! Highly recommend and we will be staying here again in future!

H	H A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the ground floor there's a cafe, serves a huge ice cream during Summer. But the lunch was a real sadness, photo attached. Staffs are friendly and attentive though. Had a night stay as well, was not bad but not like to stay again.

The rooms are huge and the bath has not just a bathtub but also a shower with various functions. Like rain shower or back massage

The Full time service here is excellent, the middle floor guest lounge is a plus when you want a casual chat with your colleagues, some business break with free drink. The lounge usage is a bit restricted due to the COVID when I stayed last month (March), and I certainly hope it will get back to normal soon. Highly recommended.
