L	Libertas K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (210620)竹芝ふ頭の手前の交差点角近く、牛丼すき家の2階にあります。このモリバはすき家と同系列のチェーン店です。お店の特長は、珈琲の淹れ方で、台湾発祥の浸漬型ドリップ方式の「クレバー･ドリッパー」を使います。ペーパーフィルターに粗挽き珈琲が入っていて、それにお湯を並々注ぎ、３分待てば出来上がり。お客にはこの珈琲粉＋お湯入りのクレバードリッパーと空のマグカップと砂時計が出されます。３分間はドリッパーを動かしません。その後、マグカップにこのドリッパーを載せると下部の弁が開いて自然に淹れたての珈琲が落ちていきます。コクの深い味が楽しめます。趣向が面白いし、珈琲の淹れ方で珈琲専門店のような高等技術が不要。もう１つの特長はフェアトレードのシングルオリジン珈琲を出すこと。珈琲のフェアトレードとは世界の珈琲豆産地への支援活動ですね。メニューには５ヶ国からの豆が出ていました。「ガラパゴス」と言う銘柄豆を飲みましたが、なかなか美味です。店内は明るいムードでテーブル、カウンター、ベンチスタイルと多種、さらにテラス席もあります。空いていればゆったり出来ます。 (210620) Located on the 2nd floor of the Gyudon Sukiya near the corner of the intersection in front of Takeshiba Pier.
