J	Jason Takaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my second stay within 10 months at this gem of a hotel, this time with the family. The spacious room was very comfortable, well-appointed, clean and quiet. The staff was always gracious and very helpful. Close to train stations, it is easy to get to from all over Tokyo. Convenience stores are close by. We look forward to staying here again on our next rip to Tokyo.

The rooms are very clean. They have coin washing machines and dryers. Daily breakfast though I think you pay extra when you reserve the room.

Nice rooms and facilities, the food served is of good quality, and the hotel's location is great; in a quiet area but very close to Tokyo Tower, various food outlets, train stations, temples, and other attractions. I recommend paying a visit to the hotel bar, The Fifteen's, a very classy and elegant place to enjoy a whisky.
R	Re Sa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, they helped us in many ways. Rooms were very well cleaned and the air conditioner in the room saved us from the heat outside. Also the Japanese culture experience event (tea ceremony) was very interesting. The hotel was at a good and central location with easy access to the subway stations, many restaurants and super markets. Next time in Tokyo, I would like to stay again at Shiba Park Hotel - it is a nice and wonderful place.

Good location that is very close to multiple train stations. Away from the crowded areas so it’s a nice area to go back to after a Long day. Very convenient. Basic but clean room, good place if you don’t hang need to hang out in the room too much.
S	SuN MoSs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is nice, big and clean. Bathroom is small but that is to be expected. Excellent amenities and courteous staff. Front desk is multilingual. This is the type of size of room similar to most US hotels where you do not feel cramped. The annex side is dated as many of the reviews stated but the hotel has a newer side for more $ as we were offered when we first checked in but declined. The laundry room is super small but gets the job done. Laundry has automatic detergent dispenser so you do not have to buy any. Near 2 train stations and close to restaurants and not far from many of the popular tourist locations. Definately would book this place again!
J	James Stewart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely staff that were very helpful and could speak english well, good sized room for Japan with storage areas. Very clean with thoughtful inclusions in the room, like toothbrushes, razors, slippers, robes, hair brush, pump soap and shampoo and even the washing machine adds it's own detergent so we didn't have to find any to buy. A good buffet breakfast was included. The hotel is in a nice quiet area with convenience store close by. Easy walk to trains, shrines, temple and Tokyo Tower.
C	Cameron Ball on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms (and most of the hotel really) are quite run down. We stayed in the annex at the back so I don't know if the front building is any better. The rooms were quite cold in winter, which was fine for us (as Australians we tend to like a cooler room for sleeping) but this may be a problem if you like a warm room. The location is convenient to a few different subway stations and that was probably the main positive of staying here. The staff were friendly but there were so many staff and a lot didn't seem to be doing anything productive. The buffet breakfast was quite poor - the quality and variety of food was not great. Some of the same food seems to get reheated and served the next day.
