Stayed here for 3 nights. Quite a good hotel with a lot of bar and restaurants. There's a book shop and starbucks just behind this hotel if you want some peace and quiet. The rooms are very tidy and clean.

Had a long vertical window in our room with a lovely view of the streets at night and the tokyo tower. Service staff are polite. Had everything that I needed to my business travel and very clean rooms. In general, this is a good hotel for business purpose and short visit.

This is a typical Japanese salary man business hotel. Staff was competent and speak decent English. Small room but pretty much got everything one would need for a short stay. Excellent location 3 minutes walk from the JR Shimbashi station and the area has a ton of restaurants and bars. Tokyo Tower is not too far away either. Lawson convenient store is on the first level and connected to the hotel at the back. They also provide tasty free drip coffee in the lobby. Overall for the price this is a great place for a short business stay. No English TV channels though.

They are not treating customer as their guest. They put themselves as a higher priority. There are quite a lot of abnormal policy which is indeed guest unfriendly. Like check out time is 10 am, totally unacceptable, if the guest requests late checkout, we need to pay 1000 yen per hour....really unfair as 10am is the earliest in the world, and they won't put empathy with their guest. The worst part is, if the guest lost their key, every key need to charge 2000 yen penalty....come on.... this is not appropriate way to earn extra money, and that will give a lot of burden to the customer, too.... The breakfast they serve is acceptable, although it is not a buffet type... at least it is a proper restaurant style. Not bad.

Decent budget hotel a 10 minute walk from Shimbashi station. Business vibe but clean and well appointed rooms. Loads of restaurants and bars in the area (though slightly trashy) and Lawson and Starbucks right next door which is very convenient. Rooms are very small, per the Japanese style, but good bedding and bathrooms. Clean and efficient. All that you would expect from a hotel like this.

No matter how tempting the cheap option is, pay the extra $50 or so for the larger room, especially if you are western like me. We got upgraded to what is called a traditional Japanese guest room and that had a much larger floor space, with a more generous bedside, the other rooms are all too small, it's worth putting up with carrying your suitcase over the wooden floor and taking your shoes off early. I mean it, with three suit cases and two people we couldn't fit in our hallway any more in the small room. Also it's a sitting bath, not a long bath, as all bathrooms in these sorts of hotels are purchased as a flat pack universal units rather than individually tiled and crafted. This is normal standard for Japan though, and has not affected my star rating of the hotel. Staff were excellent, they understand what people need and want, their service was almost perfect, the only improvement they desperately need, is situational awareness. When I asked where a good jogging track was, for recreational exercise, (as there's no gym), no one could give me a straight answer, and I feel like this is one of those things every hotel MUST be able to do. WITHOUT using google too much. Information regarding local public transport, timetables, recreational facilities, and taxi / limo services should either be gradually taught to everyone, OR learned off by heart, or by a designated concierge staff member / manager. This is a universal hotel standard. (If even us Aussies can do it...)

Stayed for a short business trip. The building is close to the station, and it’s very tall and easy to locate. There’s also a back entrance to the restaurant floor. Good security, free bath salts and tea in the entrance. Normal amenities, night gown on the bed etc. Only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom door was glass? My co-worker needed to talk to me about something and wanted to use the restroom but that was rather awkward. Shower was nice, soap provided. Window view from 15th floor was great. Breakfast was not typical? It was restaurant style. Simple meals, mostly cold food, but good. I didn’t pay because it was included with the room, but the prices were reasonable. Coffee was weak though. Overall clean and convenient
