ス	スティーブ・コックス on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ① 事前にフロント宛に荷物を送っていた。（いつから誰の名前で宿泊予定かしっかり書いて。）しかし、チェックインのときは何も言われず、部屋にあるかと思ったら部屋にも置いてなかった。フロントに聞きに行ったら、詫びも何もなく「はいどうぞ」と渡された。 ② その翌日にコインランドリーを使おうと思ったけど、手元に五千円札しかなく、フロントに両替をお願いしたら、「千円札がなくてできない。」と断られた。とんでもなく不便で迷惑なホテル。 ① I had sent my luggage to the front desk in advance. (Write down exactly who you plan to stay in from when.) However, when I checked in, I wasn't told anything, and when I thought it was in the room, I didn't put it in the room either. When I went to the front desk, I was given "Yes, please" without any apology. (2) I thought I would use a coin laundry the next day, but I had only 5,000 yen bills at hand, and when I asked the front desk to exchange money, I was refused, "I can't do without the 1,000 yen bills." A ridiculously inconvenient and annoying hotel.

It was a pity that breakfast was about the same menu for two nights, but the person in charge of the restaurant was pleasant. The person at the front desk was also polite.
y	yokohama Kuma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 浜離宮朝日ホールでの公演に行くために予約しました。東銀座駅より徒歩３分。立地は良かったです。（駅からホテルまでの間にナチュラルローソンあり）フロントは感じよくチェックイン。部屋は13F窓が開閉できて良かったです。もちろん水回り３点独立もうれしい。シャワーの水圧も文句なし。お勧めです。 I made a reservation to go to the performance at Hamarikyu Asahi Hall. 3 minutes walk from Higashi-Ginza station. The location was good. (There is Natural Lawson between the station and the hotel) Check-in at the front desk feels good. It was good that the room could open and close the 13th floor window. Of course, I'm glad that 3 points around the water are independent. There is no complaint about the water pressure in the shower. It is recommended.

Although it is compact, there is no feeling of oppression and the tables and TVs are rationally arranged. Bedside Nu has 2 outlets and 1 USB, which is convenient for charging smartphones and tablets. Furnishings such as amenities are also very tasteful. The bathtub is deep and comfortable for Japanese people. The breakfast buffet is also rich and delicious, and the kindness of the staff is conveyed. Considering the room rate, I think it is the best performing hotel in the Ginza Tsukiji area.
山	山本恭子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 癌研で抗がん剤治療や、放射線治療が毎日通院となる方におすすめです。食欲なければ、二階のレンジで自分の好きなものを温めて食べることも出来ます。癌研には信号渡れば到着します。リモートワークするデスクもあり、銀座は徒歩すぐなのでビジネス使用も観光使用の両方で使えると思います。お部屋もきれいなのでコスパよいと思いました。予約の方の応対も丁寧で高評価としました。 Recommended for those who go to the hospital every day for anti-cancer drug treatment and radiation therapy at the Cancer Institute. If you don't have an appetite, you can heat your favorite food in the microwave on the second floor. You will arrive at the Cancer Institute if you cross the signal. There is also a desk for remote work, and Ginza is just a short walk away, so I think it can be used for both business and sightseeing purposes. The rooms are clean, so I thought the cost performance was good. The reception of reservations was also polite and highly evaluated.

藤	藤田大輔 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 綺麗で清潔感のあるホテル、外観だけでなく、ロビーも室内も。利用した部屋はダブルなのですが、平米以上にコンパクトな設計と白を基調のデザインのお陰で十分な広さを感じます。銀座や築地の中間に位置するので、どちらに行くにも便利です。これからも利用したくなるホテルでした。 A beautiful and clean hotel, not only the exterior but also the lobby and the room. The room I used is double, but I feel it is large enough thanks to the compact design and the white-based design. It's located in the middle of Ginza and Tsukiji, so it's convenient to go to either. It was a hotel that I would like to continue using.
