L	Lisa C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for our honeymoon and had an outstanding time. Everything was immaculate and well cared for, and the staff consistently went above and beyond in every way. Our room was upgraded to a large suite as a surprise, so we enjoyed the extra space. There are many food options to chose from, and the grounds are spacious - it's easy to spend time walking around and exploring! My husband speaks no Japanese, and I speak little, but it was very easy to make our way through the hotel and manage the booking process. When we wrapped up our stay, the staff were fantastic in helping us send our luggage via takkyubin to our next destination. We would absolutely stay again given the chance.

Very close to the Tokyo Metro, the garden is beautiful. Only criticism is that the complex is very large and the layout can be confusing however the standard of service lifts it way above most hotels.

They even take care of both gender except one issue - they assume a twin sharing 2 beds with both gender in same room. Take note that they only have 110V electrical sockets so those appliance using 220-240V will NOT work - the hotel should take that into consideration especially when opening to international crowd.

Don’t let the fact that it is a buffet put you off, not only are the offerings top notch, sushi, tempura, teppenyaki are all made to order. Plus, after eating, don’t miss a stroll around the incredible Japanese garden. An oasis of calm in the middle of Tokyo.

H	Hilda Delgado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great experience, LOVED the breakfast buffet. The room was a little on the classical side, but very well kept and beautiful. The restaurant on top of the tower had a great view of the Imperial guest palace across the street. The Japanese garden in the hotel is also impressive, includes a waterfall and there used to be a tea ceremony house on the grounds. It is a very large complex with several restaurants, shops and the rooms are varied depending on what tower you are housed in. It is a very old hotel, but like I said, very well maintained, and was undergoing renovations on the main tower.

If you’re in the area check it out. It is a high end hotel though so staying here is pricey, as well as some of the restaurants/shops. Worth checking out though even if just looking.
