R	R K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved staying here. Room was clean and very conveniently located near the train station (directly across the street) and a food mart/711. Staff was very kind during check-in and I felt comfortable asking them any questions. I also really loved that they supplied a free phone for our stay that we could use. It allowed free international calls to select countries (USA being one) and unlimited data that we used on our exploring of Tokyo which was extremely helpful. The hotel is also within walking distance to many parks and other attractions (only 20 minutes to the beautiful Imperial Palace and Gardens). Overall we enjoyed an excellent stay and will definitely be staying here again when we are back in Tokyo!
T	Trip.com Member on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the lobby with a big group consist of 30 people and we need to wait in the corridor cause the lobby simply cannot accommodate all of us as well as our luggage. Its a beautiful hotel with modern amenities. For us, that made it a perfect location for a hotel as it's pretty quiet at night. Subway station is literally across the road with well stocked 7/11 on the corner. Easy access and good value.

The rooms were spacious and clean with everything provided, including plenty of toiletries and towels. Hotel staff are very helpful with any advice and all speak good English. Enjoyable stay made very straightforward and easy.

As expected, the rooms are fairly small but they are clean and the beds are comfortable. My only complaint is that our room was extremely warm and what we thought was the thermostat wasn't doing anything. Apparently you have to ask at the desk to have the temperature adjusted. We will be back at the same hotel at the end our trip so hopefully can get the room cooled....
C	Custom Er on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely hotel, they provide a phone for use to visit the local area which was extra beneficial and appreciated. The rooms are in great condition and the amenities are plentiful. The bath was also lovely and the general bathroom. The staff were very helpful. Note that they need an hour’s notice to book a taxi for the airport but their price is much better than a public taxi in our experience.

This time round we drove in from Narita with my old folks late at night. Firstly, parking was easy and quite convenient. The receptionist could speak a some English and made the the check-in seamless. The room is clean and comfortable. The room temperature was well controlled. I love the hot shower. The hotel provided little amenities such as body sponges, pyjamas and hair brushes. The room didn't disappoint. It rained heavily while we were there and then hotel provided free umbrellas. Checking out was easy and again trouble free. I would recommend the hotel.

Only downside for me was the supposedly ''great breakfast'' was pretty average and somewhat disappointing. Would stay again but probably won't get breakfast there next time.
