Compared to other Tokyo hotels it was very reasonably priced, the rooms were larger than many we came across, it was extremely clean and had a well-equipped little kitchen area. We never heard a single sound from the rooms to either side or above us. The location was great too, walking distance to Shinjuku with lots of little cafes on the road just next to it. Everything we needed for a great stay.
A	Aleesha Daniels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable and spacious room. Friendly staff and good basic buffet breakfast. Perfect as a first stop to ease in to a Japan holiday if you've never been. Location is about 1.5km away from the train station and where a lot of the action is, but we never minded the stroll as there was always lots to look at on the way.

The location is excellent because it's quiet and is close to the subway station (Shinjuku gyeonmae), the botanical garden the subway station is named after, and a 7/11 right on the corner. The rooms get cleaned every day, which was extremely surprising and unusual. Every time we came back the bed was made, the towels changed and someone even did our dishes! We didnt ask for extra pillows but someone brought them too, which was nice. Even though the tap water is safe to drink, our complimentary water bottles kept getting replenished. Its very quiet in the hotel and the room, we were never bothered by the sound of traffic and other people. The bathrooms are small but nice.

Y	Young Gun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is about 10min walk from the subway. There is a bus stop near the hotel and Shinjuku is just 3 stops away. The hotel feels different from other Japanese hotel. It’s more like hotel in other countries. You don’t see the staff greeting you constantly, the lift announcements are in English, the staff speaks good English, the guests are all non Japanese etc. The room is spacious and there is a kitchenette which is very convenient. The thermostat shower is not working well. The water temperature keep changing. There is extra pillow in the wardrobe, but it looks dirty with yellow spots. There are a lot of satellite channels and most are non Japanese. The washer (300yen/wash) and dryer (100yen/30min) in the laundry room are poorly maintained. The filter are not clean and you can literally see lints all over the place. The breakfast buffet spread (1350yen) is very minimal. Haven’t see any hotel with so little variety.
M	Melanie Liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend. The rooms are bigger than what you’d find in other (cheaper) hotels in Japan. I suggest paying the extra money for comfort. They even have room for a two-seater couch! Friendly and very helpful staff. The hotel is in the quiet part of Shinjuku. Approximately a 10-15 minute walk from Shinjuku Station. If you’re walking from the station with two big suitcases, the walk might be a bit challenging, but rest assured, the stay is worth it! Once you familiarize yourself with the area/transit system, there’s a bus a few steps outside of the hotel that will take you directly to Shinjuku Station and a transit bus that can take you back to the hotel! Overall, great hotel - will definitely stay here for my next visit and recommend to others visiting Tokyo!

The service shown was impeccable, the warmth and friendliness of the staff was amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and happy, they even gave me a gift for my birthday, giving me such a great memory. They also helped with all our little requests for ice, plastic bags etc swiftly, truly a 5 star service!
