P	PeteV41 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been at the ANA several times before. Always an excellent experience. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. They are always willing to help. The rooms are very clean. The gym is nice and dining offers many options. I had the breakfast buffet, which was excellent. Considering we are in the COVID age, I felt very comfortable during my stay.

わ	わっくん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年末年始に２泊３日で利用させていただきました。当日、フロントでも一部伝えましたが楽しみにしていた宿泊なのですが、楽しみにくい宿泊になりました。以下、内容です。今回の宿泊は、IHGに電話で行いました。・クラブルームであること。・ベッドはツインと簡易ベッド追加して４名１室（子供２名）で泊まりたい。この２点をお願いして、予約していました。しかし、チェックインして・クラブルームで予約されていない（予約後の私の確認ミスもある）・ベッドはキングと簡易ベッド。加えて、天井に模様かカビか分からないですが、コーヒーをぶちまけたように見える跡ある。汚れ以外に見えないので、模様であるなら辞めるべき・前の宿泊客の飲みかけのコーヒーが冷蔵庫に残っており、興ざめ。年末年始の忙しい時期とは思いますが、まがりなりにもスイートルームがこの状況で悲しかったです。
B	Bertrand Metral on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It Stinks literally & figuratively. From the road approach from both directions you're hit by the smell of sewage. Ground entrance has NO staff. Not even an old security guard. Dark and more dead-space than you could ever imagine. Such a waste of money. Breakfast was an absolute zoo and service was curt. Room was clean but small even though I was told I'd been upgraded. View was a cemetery. Very bad luck/ omen especially if you're Chinese. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. My Japanese student told me today that they rent rooms by the hour. A five star flophouse? No wonder.
S	Seva Genis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good brunch restaurant inside. Usual assortment of bakery, souvenir shops. Tesla Supercharger and destination chargers. Parking is a bit pricey but you can get parking coupons if you buy at least 2k yen food or stuff. Keep your receipts!
T	Tokyo Joel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time in this Intercontinental. It was very nice with good staff but the rooms are a little dated. Not a single USB outlet to be found. All 2 plug electrical outlets only, but so useful to foreign travelers.
S	Steve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very nice stay. The staff was very polite and greeted upon arrival. The room had a nice view of Tokyo and the whole City lit up at night. The hotel has the most Western TV channels of any hotel in Tokyo. It is a welcome respite to be able to relax and watch tv in the native language. I didn’t eat dinner in the hotel but did buy some treats in the bakery in the lobby. They were so delicious. The staff was very nice and the presentation of goodies was great. I did eat breakfast and the staff was very attentive and the service excellent. The French toast was amazing. The room has everything needed for a pleasant stay. There were even slippers. There was also a foot massage. That felt good. Everything from checking in to checking out make the stay an excellent experience. I hope to be back soon.
