We just stayed at this hotel starting November 25, 2019 and was at this hotel for 8 days in total. We had two rooms that adjoined through the hallway, with a private entry. It was an amazing stay. We were a bit nervous as the hotel wasn’t open yet when we booked but it was business as usual on their 4th day of business when we arrived (They opened on November 22nd). Everyone was kind and accommodating. They communicated in English very well. The room had a bathroom area with a shower and tub behind one door and a heated toilet with bidet behind another door. Oh! The shower was fabulous! It was a waterfall spout that came straight down and was luxurious! The sink was outside of these rooms. The body soap, shampoo and conditioner provided was very nice to use. They had disposable shower caps, toothbrush and toothpaste, and these long rectangular disposable cloths that were handy to was my your back with easily! Also hair ties and face cleaning supplies. The face/hand soap was wonderful as well! The lighting in the room was very high tech. You put your room key/card into a slot next to the door as you enter and keep it there while you are in the room. You ultimately control the lights and the room temperature controls from a digital monitor at the bedside. Once we figured that out, it was amazing. The monitor can bet set in many languages so it was easy for us to use. The train stations are nearby (Sendagaya and Shinanomatchi) and the subway is right there (Kokuritsu-Kyogijo). You can go anywhere easily. Shinjuku is only 10 minutes away. It was nice to get out of the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku, and nearby Shibuya and Harajuku and be near both Shinjuku Gyoen and Meiji Jingū gaien parks. We will certainly return here for a future stay in Tokyo. If you are coming for the Olympics, this is a perfect place to stay! There are some restaurants down by Sendagaya station that we enjoyed. There is a Lawsons and 7-11 there with a great selection of convenience foods. It is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and great experience!

Newly opened hotel in November 2019 with beautiful minimalist design, color, theme, material, and decoration. Each room with balcony and big bathup. Great location close to station and walking distance to iconic Shinjuku Gyoen

No bicycle parking! Ridiculous to have all that space for impractical use. Shortsighted and troubling lack of understanding of SDG concept.

A new hotel, really great for the price. Location is OK and is on the Oedo Line subway which is great, the rooms are modern and with a balcony. I thought that the gym was too simple and there were no convenience stores around.

We stayed here in Jan 2020. The hotel was stylish and comfortable. It is located across the street from the new Japan National Olympic stadium. It is about 6-10 walk to the trains.

We stayed here on an overnight trip to Tokyo and really enjoyed the hotel. Not only do all the rooms have balconies but there is a rooftop terrace where you can get an amazing view of the National Stadium and Tokyo Skyline. Particularly nice at night. There’s is also a large public bath/sento/onsen on the second floor and it feels so good to soak and relax your muscles after a long day walking around Tokyo. There are free tattoo covers you can use if needed but I didn’t put one on and no one minded. Brand new and nicely appointed with restaurant/bakery/bar in lobby and a concierge available. Front desk staff spoke English and there is parking available if driving. It’s near both a JR Station if using the Japan Rail Pass but other station got the Oedo Subway is literally right next to the hotel. If you have kids, you’ll have plenty of room to let them run off a bit of energy in nearby Shinjuku Park. Cons are that other than the stadium there’s nothing right nearby - no convenience store or other shops/restaurants. Best to get your drinks/snacks/meals before hopping on the train to come back to the hotel. You’ll also hear the trains running on the tracks outside the hotel so if you’re a light sleeper this may wake you up early. We travel with a small, travel size white noise machine in Japan as it’s not uncommon hotels to be a bit noisy due to thin walls or traffic/trains outside. We didn’t hear our neighbors and the train wasn’t that loud but if you’re used to very quiet when you sleep you won’t regret buying a white noise machine/app to travel with in Japan.
