★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff checked me in 2 hours early after I arrived off an overnight flight and been out in the rain. Very clean and all you need although my single room was very small. In saying that I would stay here again no problem. My room overlooked the baseball stadium which had games on during the day and main games each od the 3 nights I was there. Was great the first time round but could be a bit much on a long stay. In house Restaurant did a nice steak but limited English speaking of staff made choosing meal hard. Close to subway for getting around site seeing and found local cafes and Japanese restaurants great for meals and in walking distance. Like I said. Would have no problem staying here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful and clean rooms with the most spacious bed I've come across in Japan. You can see into the stadium from giant glass windows in the lobby. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Only downside is the area isn't the best in terms of dinning options.

They thought every small detail in the room like charger for different phones, pyjama set for us to use, quality coffee, quality bathroom products. The room wasn't big but we had everything that we need. Very comfortable bed, pillows. Jacuzzi was excellent. Toilet was excellent. Highly recommend this place .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and comfortable hotel. The rooms aren’t very big, but they were the perfect size for a couple. The location was perfect: It is located in a quiet area right next door to a baseball stadium, and only a 5 minute walk to the train station. The staff was very friendly also. We will stay here again when we return to Tokyo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic hotel on all fronts. It’s new, modern, and has spacious rooms (by Japanese standards). It was incredibly clean and beautifully designed as well. The Japanese-style public baths were also gorgeous.
The best aspect of the hotel, however, was the fantastic staff. They were always friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to help us with everything we needed. Months prior to our stay, Mariko helped us make restaurant reservations and even helped us purchase baseball tickets during our stay. She went above and beyond to make our time in Tokyo an enjoyable one.
Only two things we’d change - we wish there was a small gym of fitness room, and it’d be nice if it was slightly closer to the subway. But overall, the location was very central and accessible, and we absolutely loved our stay and would recommend it to anybody who wants to stay in a comfortable and welcoming hotel. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean new hotel with a very big bathtub, shower had high water pressure and thick towels. Unfortunately the room I stayed in didn`t face the baseball stadium but in the back where you only have views of the buildings and direct view into the rooms of the neighboring posh condo complex (2 bedroom for $1.3mil).
I thought the hotel would be a bit more aware that guests would probably appreciate a room facing the beautiful Jingu Gaien Ginkgo Avenue (いちょう並木). With coronavirus I can`t imagine that the occupancy rate is that high.
Gaienmae Station is on the Ginza Line so easy access to Omotesando, Shibuya or the opposite way to Ginza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best hotel for staying Tokyo. Enough space to work. Clean. Big bath is my favorite. Easy transit, e.g. going Shibuya, Harajuku, Aoyama, Ginza, Shinbashi. Also good lication to Haneda Air Port. The nearest train station is "Gaien-Mae" of Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. I always use this hotel before the flight to US.
