T	Trip.com Member on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best location and great facilities. Lots of shopping and restaurant choices. Easy access to the train, subway and buses. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and i highly recommend for family and with kids. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and we will definitely come back again. The airport shuttle bus is also very near the hotel.

Hotel staff was friendly and efficient especially with helping figuring out airport bus locations and time tables. The view from our room was not of anything spectacular but have a good vantage point for the side of the hotel we were on.
R	Reia Merovec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The standard rooms are very small, but the beds are big and it's very clean and organized. They offer lots of services, such as room service, laundry, and even massage. The hotel is also in the station, so it's very convenient.

S	Sammie C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 5 nights in November 2017. Location is the key to this hotel. Right inside Osaka Station and very easy to transfer to Shin-Osaka Station. Room was a decent size as was the bathroom. Had all the amenities needed which was nice. One thing to note - the beds were awful!! So hard and uncomfortable. I booked 4 hotels on my trip to Japan and this one was the most expensive but the most uncomfortable out of them all. For that reason alone i would not recommend this hotel if you want a good nights sleep.
c	c m chia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is on top of Osaka station and shopping malls. There was a great view of Osaka from the hotel room's window. Full of shopping option. Definitely a very convenient choice staying in Osaka. However, there is slight smoking smell in the room even though it is a non-smoking room.
B	B T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a nice hotel. Room was good. Food at Cafe Ripple at the ground floor was very nice. It's located inside the Osaka Station, there is a problem for first time visitors like myself and few others try to find the hotel inside the huge complicated station. Maybe need more signage to the hotel. Front entrance of the hotel also use by tour operators at meeting point, so more signage will be helpful for tourists.
M	Mark Skarratts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed 10 nights and found the staff incredibly courteous. Moderate rooms and above are best, with a small lounge, exclusive check-out and direct elevators. For transport links you cannot beat this hotel, it sits right over Osaka station in a complex of malls and restaurants. My only issue with the rooms is lack of storage. Some of the hollow tables should be drawers. The big sofa only served as a place to stack coats and clothes. I flew from the UK and the hotel were aware of my arrival time. But I had to sit for over 3 hours to check-in at 3pm. My first lesson in Japanese efficiency, but a flexible approach may attract more international visitors to this excellent hotel.
