高	高橋たぬ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お祝い返しをアンティナで依頼しましたが、配達時に受取人が不在で宅配ボックスに入っていたそうです。しかし宅配ボックスに入れた旨のお知らせが郵便受けに入っていなかったため、お祝い返しの品は宅配ボックスに入れられたままで数週間が経過していたようです。アンティナに事情を説明すると、「それは配達人の責任であるため直接配達業者とやりとりをしてくれ、ウチは知らない」と言われました。配達業者の選定を行い、配送業者へ料金を支払っているのはアンティナです。そして私が料金を支払っているのはアンティナに対してであり、配送業者ではありません。配送の手配したら後は知らないよ、という対応はあり得ないしまして祝事関係の業者のいう事とは思えず悲しくなりました。受取人のことを大切に思われる方はアンティナは利用すべきではないと思います。 He asked for a congratulatory return at Antina, but the recipient was absent in the delivery box at the time of delivery.
