W	Wendy Cheng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A super 5-star rating. All staffs are helpful and nice. They provided lots of information to us and care what I need and thought. Room is large with huge balcony. Will definitely come back.

H	Harken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oddly shaped rooms due to the building’s architecture but having big balconies is quite rare in Osaka. A few minutes walk from Umeda train station. Most hotel staff cannot speak English but are generally friendly - especially the doorman on ground floor with the top hat. From Kansai Airport (KIX) the easiest way is to catch the shuttle bus to Shin Hankyu hotel (next to Umeda station) and walk to Harmonie Embrassee hotel.

The reason I gave four stars was the location and the gigantic rooms with the biggest balconies I have ever seen at comparable rates. Simply beautiful and a memorable stay.

I request the top floor as well as the beautiful Ever White Room. The views of the city are outstanding, the room is lavish, the bed and bath just perfect. But more than that, this place is all about 1st class service. I highly recommend getting breakfast at the hotel as it is the best breakfast that I have ever had. Stay here, it is the best.

The room we stayed in was named 'Black Tea' and it was gorgeous, with chic decor and a huge walk-out balcony where we had a great view of the city. The staff was extremely helpful. They spoke English to us and gave us a nice tour and explanation of all the features of the room. We were traveling with our 5 month old daughter and they were super accommodating. The spaciousness of our room was something I was not expecting, and it was a pleasant surprise in Japan where rooms are usually small. I would definitely come back again.

For example in the bathroom, the toilet moves and sounds when you seat on it, like it is coming off the floor. Also in the bathroom the fan/duct makes an unpleasant sound.
