ふ	ふらすこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度か利用していますが毎回いらっしゃるロングヘアの若い女性店員の接客態度がとにかく最悪。いつも夜に利用しますがその店員さんだけはとにかく毎回最悪です。まず店に入ると無愛想で面倒くさそうに小さな声で人数を聞かれ｢どうぞ｣の一言もなく案内しその後注文を聞く時、料理を持ってくる時…何をするにも無愛想で面倒くさそうな態度と話し方。レジでは会計時に伝票と一緒に出したカードなどを手で払い退ける。こちらが笑顔で返答しお礼を言っても笑顔のひとつもなく最後退店時の｢ありがとうございました｣さえも無愛想で面倒くさそうで本当に態度が悪いです。料理はうどんが本業の会社なのでとても美味しく間違いないです。 I have used it several times, but the customer service attitude of the young female clerk with long hair who comes every time is the worst. English menus available. The space isn't very beautiful, but it did the job when other restaurants proper (not inside this shopping mall) were already closed during the late afternoon. If you're a tourist who isn't familiar with Japanese food, thia place doesn't have the bells and whistles that would make you ooh and aah at a new "exotic" experience. So keep that in mind.

We explained the situation to the staff but he did nothing about it and asked us to wait for another 6 tables after we have already waited for 30 minutes. It was overall a bad experience and it was not like their food are particularly impressive. It was just a standard udon restaurant. I felt dissappointed.
