出汁がしっかりした甘めのお出汁です。
麺を食べ終わったら割り湯を頼んでお出汁を頂いて下さい。
麺は細うどんがおすすめです。
2021年末くらいは店員さんは外国人の方2人のみで営業されていました。
食券機がお札を認識してくれなかったのですが、店員さんが丁寧に対応してくださいました。
 The duck juice is really delicious and recommended.
A sweet soup stock with a solid soup stock.
When you finish eating the noodles, ask for a split hot water and have the soup stock.
We recommend thin udon noodles.
Around the end of 2021, the clerk was open with only two foreigners.
The ticket machine did not recognize the bill, but the clerk responded politely.

特に鴨出汁は絶品と言ってよく、中毒性も高い。
安いし、何度でも来たいと思える店である。
It's a chain store in quite a few places, but it tastes better than a poor specialty store.
In particular, duck soup stock is exquisite and highly addictive.
It's cheap and you'll want to come back again and again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The broth was amazing. Definitely try the 2 noodle dish for the variety. The “Chinese” noodles were very good. You can get the noodles cold or hot but the broth is always steaming hot .
Also tried the Duck Nigiri which was well priced and decent as well
