出汁も利いてなかなかのぶっかけ

冷たいうどんと鳥天丼のセットをいただきました。うどんは無料で大盛りにできます。
うどんはツルツルで歯応えがあり、胡麻を擦って入れると香ばしい風味が増します。
最後に付け合わせのレモンを絞っていただくとサッパリして大盛りでも全く量を感じません。
鳥天丼はプリプリしてすごくジューシーです。冷たいうどんと一緒だと温度差からか味がすごく薄く感じました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コシが弱めの大阪うどんです。私は冷たいぶっかけうどんが好きなのですが、讃岐うどんのような食べ方より、うばらのうどんは温かいうどんに向いていると思います。常連っぽい方々は、わかめうどんやカレーうどんを食べておられるようです。
Osaka udon noodles with a weaker texture. I like cold bukkake udon, but I think udon udon is more suitable for warm udon than eating like Sanuki udon. It seems that regulars are eating wakame udon and curry udon.

平日でもオープン前から並ぶ人気店ですが、並ぶ際に入口付近の予約欄に名前を記入しないと並ぶ意味がないので注意が必要です。
値段相応の美味しさで程よく昆布出汁が効いており、なかなか美味しかったです。
