★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメンは昔懐かしい感じ。丼物は米が砕けていて質が悪い。卵も火が通り過ぎてトロトロではない。天ぷらは昔からある衣に尻尾だけがついた海老天。
質を求めるのは無理だが、ほかにやり方があるのではないかと。
 Ramen feels nostalgic. The rice bowl is of poor quality because the rice is crushed. Eggs aren't tossed because the fire has passed. Tempura is a shrimp tempura with a traditional batter and only a tail.
It's impossible to ask for quality, but I think there are other ways.

麺は細目でコシが無い大阪うどんです。
さぬきうどんが好きな人には物足りないでしょう。
ですがここの店のはうどん出汁が美味しいんです。
きつねうどんは甘辛い汁に、甘辛いきつね揚げが絶品。
この出汁が好きな人は「ああこのだし汁にはコシのないうどんがあうんだな」と思うはず。
かやく御飯もおいしいです。夕方にいくと売り切れていることがあります。
丼物は普通の味。一昔前の町の食堂といった感じの味。
おはぎも有って、これも人気商品で売り切れることもよくあります。
地元の人に人気のいつまでも続けていってほしい店！

きつねうどんを食べましたが、メッチャ旨かった。
濃い目で甘い出汁のしみ込んだきつねと、うどんのバランスは関西ならではの味。
時期的なものもあったと思いますが、食事中もおはぎがバンバン売れていて(結局売り切れてた)、そちらも興味ありです。

老舗のお味を感じました。家で作るには真似出来ないお味です。美味しい！
お店の方も親切で何度もお茶入れてくださいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中華そば【力餅食堂】@大阪市中央区。創業明治22年で力うどん発祥であり、府内で100店舗以上展開する老舗大衆食堂。鶏ガラ醤油のあっさりとした王道の中華そば。ぷりっとした黄色い麺や蒲鉾とか入っているのもたまらないし、胡椒が凄く合う。丼ものやうどんも美味そうだった。
