麺もうどん、細うどん、そば、ちゃんぽん麺から選んだり
２種類、３種類と混合で選ぶことも出来ます。
店内は、それほど広くはなくカウンター席しかありません。
入店して左側に券売機があり食べるメニューのチケットを購入してから席に着き店主に二種ならうどんとそば！など麺の種類を告げます。
最後に生姜湯を出して貰えますのでつけ汁に注いでつけ汁も飲みます。

The store is not so large and has only counter seats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鴨が入っており普通のつけ麺屋と違うのだよ。三種盛りがお気に入り、量かなり多いけど、きしめん、中華麺、細うどんがおすすめ。レモンが付け汁にもお水にも入っており健康に良さそう。うずら卵は追加で入れられるのがよい。煮干しも意外と美味しいです。また行きますね。ので
It contains duck and is different from a normal tsukemen shop. I like the three types, and the amount is quite large, but I recommend kishimen, Chinese noodles, and thin udon noodles. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日勤が終わってから、こちらにお邪魔しました。オーダーしたのは三種盛りとおむすび。量は並だったのですが予想以上に多くビックリしました^_^アツアツの麺と出汁は寒い時期には有難く三種の味を代わる代わる味わえる楽しさもあり、量も多めなので大満足のうちにお腹いっぱいになりました。店内には芸人さんの写真も沢山飾られており、また違う楽しさもありました。

The amount was moderate but I was surprised much more than expected ^ _ ^ hot noodles and soup have a taste to replace three tastes during the cold season, there is also fun to replace the taste, so the amount is too large to be satisfied I was full. 煮干しと、醤油の濃い味が大阪では珍しいかも？
鴨は歯応えがあるけど臭みはなく、気に入ったのでまた必ず行きます。
一つだけ残念だったのが、ウズラの卵が少し魚臭かったです。
麺が５種類（うどん、そば、きしめん、チャンポン麺、細うどん）から選べて、普段なかなか食べることのない きしめん を選びました。
もちもちで美味しい！
次は細うどんか、チャンポン麺を試したいです。
小盛りが１玉、普通が２玉……と増えていって、１玉毎に別の麺を選べます。
男性なら大盛り３玉で、一度に３種類の麺を食べられるかもしれません。
最後に蕎麦湯みたいに生姜湯で薄めて飲むのがめちゃくちゃ美味しくって、これで暖かいうどんが食べたくなりました。
寒い季節にオススメです。

The number of small servings is increasing to one, the number of ordinary noodles is increased to two, and you can choose different noodles for each ball.
If you are a man, you may be able to eat 3 types of noodles at once with 3 large servings.
Finally, it was so delicious to dilute it with ginger tea like soba hot water, and now I want to eat warm udon noodles.
Recommended for the cold season.

甘みと酸味が感じられるつけ汁。
麺はちゃんぽんとうどん以外はあまり合いませんでした。
The inside of the store is not clean. Documents are scattered inside the counter.
A soup with sweetness and sourness.
The noodles didn't go well except for champon and udon.
