★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもお客さんがいっぱいですが、回転が早くさほど待たずに食べることができます。おそばも鳥中華もとてもおいしく、混むのも納得です。ゲソ天を単品で注文すると、ゲソとさつまいもの天ぷらが出てくるのですが、天つゆがまた美味なので、そばつゆまたは中華スープと違いを感じるのもまた楽しいです。

冷え方は冬だが、冷え過ぎず、ぬる過ぎず。
汁は突起する風味や出汁感は無く、シンプルでバランスがとれているが、塩味はかなり強く、麺も細麺のため、飲んでも食べても濃い目です。麺は腰やツルみは弱く、プリッと感は少ない。肉は柔らかめのあっさりササミ食感系。

肉蕎そばも美味いのでしょうが、冷たい肉中華がほのかに甘みのある上品なスープで絶品です。麺はもう少しコシがあっても良いかなと思いました。
是非メニューに肉蕎麦と肉中華の合盛りも加えて欲しいです。
I ordered Geso Tenniku Chinese.
Meat soba noodles are also delicious, but the cold meat Chinese is an elegant soup with a slight sweetness and is excellent. I thought it would be okay if the noodles were a little more chewy.
I definitely want you to add a combination of meat soba and meat Chinese to the menu.

鶏肉が蕎麦の上に乗っているのに脂が全く浮いていない澄んだスープ。とりの出汁ががきいた冷たいそば。
冬に冷たいのは、、と思ったが折角なので注文。冷たすぎずぬるくもないちょうどよい温度。太くてこしのあるそばで、すごくさっぱりしていて美味しかった。
東根にきたら是非食べるべき一品。
ゲソ天も名物らしくセットで注文。その脇に付いてきた自家製の大根の漬物がまた絶品！
Higashine's specialty meat soba.
A clear soup with chicken on top of soba but no fat. Cold soba with soup stock.
I thought it was cold in winter, but I ordered it because it was a good idea. Just the right temperature, not too cold and not slimy. It was thick and chewy soba, and it was very refreshing and delicious.
A must-try item when you come to Higashine.
Gesoten is also ordered as a set, which seems to be a specialty. The homemade pickled radish that came with it is also excellent!
