TAGの万年筆のインクを色々使っているので、旅行で京都に行ったときにお店に寄ってみたんですが、特に何か特別なところがあるわけや京の音などの製品が試しやすいわけでもありません。また他の方も書いてたように、万年筆のコーナーはお店の規模で考えるとやや狭く、乾いているペンも少なくありませんでした。
決して悪いお店ではありませんが旅行でわざわざ行くところでもありません。
 It is a relatively large and well-stocked stationery store. No more, no less.
I use a lot of TAG fountain pen ink, so when I went to Kyoto on a trip, I stopped by the shop, but there is something special about it and it's easy to try products such as Kyoto Takeda. There is none. Also, as others have written, the fountain pen corner is a little small considering the scale of the store, and there were many dry pens.
It's not a bad shop, but it's not the place to go on a trip.

Some of the staff speak English and are more than willing to help out.
I was unable to find fountain pen paper (Tomoe River, clairefontaine etc.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store with a large selection of pens and other stationery. The front has more of the decorative gift items and the back has the basic utilitarian items. I went a little crazy and bought many Japan-themed gift items. Very happy with my purchase.
