ほぼ初めてのお部屋探し、不安でしたが迅速且つ丁寧にお部屋の案内やオススメの物件などを紹介してくださいました。
内見からお部屋を決めるまでとてもスムーズで、とても良い物件を見つけることが出来ました。
またこちらの私的な相談にも親身に対応してくださり、メールなどの連絡もお返事が早く何から何までスムーズに済ませることが出来ました。

・室内の破損の対応について連絡すると、直ぐに部屋を見せろと言う。もうすぐ退去なので、その時にお願いできないか？と言うと大家がすぐやれと言っているのでそれはできないと言われたが、結局退去時に対応。→変更の連絡なし。
・退去後、振込のハガキが振込期限当日に届く。宛名に部屋番号の記載なし。→部屋番号は私が書き漏れたのかもですが、問合せしない雑対応。
・ When asked if fire insurance could be selected at the time of contract, he answered that he could not select it. → You can choose, so lie
・ When I contacted him about how to deal with the damage in the room, he told me to show the room immediately. I'm about to move out, so can I ask you at that time? I was told that I couldn't do that because the landlord told me to do it right away, but in the end I responded when I moved out. → No change notification.
・ After moving out, the transfer postcard will arrive on the day of the transfer deadline. There is no room number in the address. → I may have missed the room number, but I don't make inquiries.

今回本当に気に入ったいい物件を探すことができいました。入居して大満足です。
私の状況っていうのもあって、物件探しが他の方より難しいと思いましたが、私の条件にあわせて色々積極的に調べてくださったり、ご説明いただいたり、本当に助かりました。
個人的に感じたことなんですが、
清水さんは今のお仕事が大好きなんですね！
自分の仕事が大好きな人に対応してもらうことって間違いないなくいい物件探せると思います。
私はしばらく引っ越す予定はないので
伺うことはないと思いますが、
周りに引っ越しで悩んでる人がいたら、清水さん積極的におすすめしたいと思っております。
