★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客が超悪い。スタッフ全員やる気がない。いつも雰囲気悪い。必要な種類が欲しいからお願いしたのに面倒臭い見たいな感じ。さらに状業員が書き間違えたから新しいもう一枚持って来てって言われて全然誤ったりしないし、責任取らないし、30分ぐらい終わる事なのに2日ぐらいかかってもスムーズにできない。日本でそんな事初めてで本当にびっくりた。外国人もお客様だから尊敬して下さい。
 The customer service is super bad. Not all the staff are motivated. The atmosphere is always bad. I asked for the kind I needed, but I felt like I wanted to see it. In addition, a curator made a mistake in writing and told me that I would bring another new one, so I wouldn't make any mistakes. It was the first time for me to do that in Japan and I was really surprised. Since foreigners are customers, please respect them.
