スタッフさん達も、よく教育されていて、誰一人として不快にさせる様な方はおられませんでした。
ただし、料金はそれなりに高いです。見積もりにはサプリやフェイスマスクが含まれていたので施術以外は断りました。特に問題なかったです。
今後はメスを入れたり、センスが問われる手術の際はこちらでと考えています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ダーマペンは皮膚に詳しい先生がいなくて施術も雑だった。かなりがっかり。私の肌をよく見て針の長さを決めたりすることなく、多分マニュアル通りの長さにしただけ。
施術が終わって目を開けたときに見えたのはドアから出て行く先生の背中だった。
ウェブサイトにコミニケーションを大切にしていると書いてあっただけにこの対応にはびっくり。
Dermapen did not have a teacher who was familiar with the skin, and the procedure was complicated. Quite disappointed. I didn't look closely at my skin and decide on the length of the needle, maybe just the length according to the manual.
When I opened my eyes after the procedure, I saw the teacher's back coming out of the door.
I was surprised at this response because it was written on the website that communication was important.

来店からカウンセリング、施術までとてもスムーズに案内してもらいました。
受付の方や看護師さんもとても感じの良い方で、初めてだったのですが先生がカウンセリングでしっかり説明をしてくださったので、安心して受けることができました。
医療用ハイフは痛いイメージを持っていたのですが、顔に麻酔クリームを塗っていただいたのもあり、全く痛みがなかったので驚きました。各部位によって先生が痛みがないか確認してくれていたのでそれも安心しました。
効果は数ヶ月後とのことでしたが、私は当日から頬がキュッとあがっているのを実感し感動しました！！まだ施術後数日なので今後がとても楽しみです。ありがとうございました。
パウダールーム、お手洗いもゴミひとつなく、清潔感があり、綺麗に掃除されている印象でした。

駅からとても近く、院内はとても綺麗でスタッフさんも親切丁寧に対応してくれました。また、施術も思った以上に豊富な選択肢から選べるのでしばらく通って様子見たいと思います。

毛穴の詰まりに悩んでましたが、継続的に毛穴汚れをとっていくことができそうだったので、続けてみることにしました。
カウンセラーさんも看護師さんもフレンドリーで通いやすいクリニックだなと思いました^^
これからが楽しみにです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施術前に先生から不安な点をしっかり説明を受けられたし、ダーマペンの針の長さ等も事前に相談できたので敏感肌な私でも安心できました。
麻酔パック（ヒヤッとする）を塗るので施術中は正直痛い、という感じではなく少しチクチクする位です。
術後は歯の麻酔みたいな感じでちょっと顔の筋肉動かしづらいかな？位で問題はないです。
私は皮膚が薄くちょっと擦っただけでも赤みが出るタイプですが、当日はしっかり冷やしてもらったからか赤みはほぼでませんでした。（これにはびっくり！）
翌日もいつも通りの化粧で大丈夫でした！！
担当してくれた池袋院の先生は物腰柔らかな眼鏡をかけた40代くらいの男性の先生でした。
私の表現力のない日本語力で色々と質問をしましたが、何を聞いても分かりやすくすらすら答えてくれました。肌が薄いことも伝えて段階を経て針の深さ変える提案もしてもらいました。
あと特筆すべきは受付の女性スタッフさんが凄く綺麗でした?
料金説明も丁寧でちょっと心配していた押し売りや次の予約の促しもなかったです。６回が一番効果あるらしいですが、特に勧誘はなかったです。
エステとかもそうですが、受付の方と仲良くなれるかって結構大事。その点すごく感じが良かったです。
肌質改善は１週間後くらいに効果が出てきて、私の場合は超乾燥肌だったのが→頬のファンデが浮かなくなった！ →Tゾーンは逆にテカる位乾燥しなくなったという感じです！
口コミにあった肌がポロポロ取れるっていうのは無かったです。
トーンアップした分シミが気になる、、、、次はレーザー治療を検討してます。
今回、ダーマペンを受けれて本当に満足してます！！

After the operation, it feels like anesthesia for the teeth, so it's a little difficult to move the facial muscles. There is no problem with the position.
I'm the type whose skin is thin and redness appears even if I rub it a little, but the redness was almost nonexistent probably because I had it cooled down well on the day. (I was surprised at this!)
The next day, I was fine with my usual makeup! !!
The teacher at Ikebukuro-in who was in charge was a male teacher in his 40s who wore soft glasses.
I asked a lot of questions with my unexpressive Japanese ability, but he answered even in an easy-to-understand manner no matter what I asked. He also told me that his skin was thin and asked me to make a suggestion to change the depth of the needle through the stages.
Also noteworthy was the female staff at the reception was very beautiful ?
The price explanation was also polite, and there was no push sale or prompting for the next reservation, which I was a little worried about. It seems that 6 times is the most effective, but there was no particular solicitation.
It's the same with beauty treatment salons, but it's quite important to get along with the receptionist. In that respect, it felt really good.
The skin quality improvement became effective about a week later, and in my case it was super dry skin → The cheek foundation did not float! → On the contrary, it feels like the T zone is no longer dry enough to be shiny!
There was no such thing as removing the skin that was in the word of mouth.
I'm worried about the stains because of the tone up ... Next, I'm considering laser treatment.
I'm really happy to receive Dermapen this time! !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ベルベットスキンの施術を受けました。医師のカウンセリングの後看護師施術。
カウンセリングでは気になる部分だけ深く針を刺してくださると仰っていましたが、実際の施術では全て同じ深さでの施術でした。施術担当の看護師はカウンセリングでの質問と同じ質問を繰り返し、おそらく医師と看護師の情報共有などしていないことが伺えました。
麻酔の時間が長いため他のクリニックさんでは携帯を持つよう配慮して頂きましたが、ここでは特に何もなし。看護師のバックヤードでの愚痴も丸聞こえでした。(これは余談ですが)
他のクリニックではダーマペンの際に縦横複数回針をさして下さいましたが、ここでは横1回のみ。
施術内容が酷いのは言うまでもなく、他の部分でもお粗末だなあという印象。
今までで1番酷いクリニックでした。二度と行きません。

At other clinics, I used to point the needle multiple times vertically and horizontally when using the Dermapen, but here it is only once horizontally.
Needless to say that the treatment content is terrible, the impression that other parts are also poor.
It was the worst clinic ever. I will never go again.
