契約キャンセル出来ない段階まで行くと急に対応が杜撰になります。
初期費用の払い込みを当日15時までに対応して欲しいとその日の11時頃に言われたり
不明点があり質問したところ「先日お渡ししました書類に記載はございませんでしょうか。」と言われたりと。。
まだご契約前でしたらどうか別店舗でのご契約をおすすめします。

あらかじめ他の物件の内覧を希望していたが、当日の担当者への引き継ぎが一切なかったようで、希望の物件すら見れなかった。
そしてその場で口コミを書かされると言う圧迫…
こちらを訪れる際は余裕と折れない強い気持ちを持って行かれる事をお勧めします。
