閲覧される方が結構多いようなので情報を追記しておきます
今回契約した物件はフリーレント1ヶ月対象でした
手数料は敷金2.5・手数料2.5・鍵交換1.5・火災保険1.8・保証金1.6で約10万円(4ヶ月分)です
預貯金審査が不安でしたが、貯金が50万円前後でもなんとか通過できたので本当にありがたかったです…‼️
一部、LINEを利用したやり取りもありましたがスマホネイティブ世代にとってこれは地味に大きいメリットだと思います(電話のやり取りが最小限になります)
また、電気ガスの代行を無料でしてくれるサービス(ライフラインコンシェルジュ)を紹介されたのですが、こちらは正直いってあまりお勧めできません…?
自分で安い電気会社さんを見繕って(Looop電気)契約しました☺️
切羽詰まっていた中でも納得のいく物件を契約することができたので感謝しています?

The property contracted this time was for free rent 1 month
The fee is about 100,000 yen (for 4 months) with a security deposit of 2.5, a fee of 2.5, a key exchange of 1.5, a fire insurance of 1.8, and a deposit of 1.6.
I was worried about the deposit and savings examination, but I was really grateful that I managed to pass the savings even if it was around 500,000 yen ... ️
There were some exchanges using LINE, but I think this is a big advantage for the smartphone native generation (telephone exchanges will be minimized).
Also, I was introduced to a service (Lifeline Concierge) that offers free electricity and gas services, but to be honest, I don't really recommend it ... ?
I overlooked a cheap electric company and signed a contract (Looop Electric) ☺️
I am grateful that I was able to contract a convincing property even though I was in a hurry ?
I hope everyone who sees this post can find a good property ... ?

20年以上住んだ場所から、引っ越しをする為に利用させて頂きました。
対応して貰ったスタッフさんは、とても話しやすく、仕事外の雑談にも付き合ってくれ、とても良くして貰いました！
色々と部屋も探して頂き、理想の部屋にたどり着きました！
次は20年後に利用させて貰います笑

The staff who responded to me were very easy to talk to, and they also got along with chats outside of work, and they made me very good!
We had you look for various rooms and arrived at the ideal room!
Next time I will use it 20 years later lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 部屋探しの際に、当店で紹介するのと他の不動産とほぼ変わらないとか、オーナーさんと通話する際に"外国人留学生に紹介していますがよろしいでしょうか"の次に"日本語は下手です"と言うのがまじでムカついた。そのような紹介で留学生が住めるところはほぼ紹介できないと思う。留学生の人や外国人にはお勧めしない。
社会人になっても絶対に行かない。
When looking for a room, it is almost the same as other real estate introduced in our shop, or when talking to the owner, "Is it okay to introduce it to foreign students?" It was really annoying to say. I don't think it's possible to introduce a place where international students can live with such an introduction. Not recommended for international students or foreigners.
Even if I become a member of society, I will never go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 部屋を決めるまでの対応は良かったので以前星5を付けていましたが、直させてもらいます。引っ越し当日、鍵を受け取りに来たら担当の方のミスで鍵がお店の方に届いてない、土日祝日を挟むので受け渡しは最短5日後になると言われました。遠方から来ていて地震の影響で新幹線も動かないので６時間以上かけて車で親も一緒に来てもらっていました。家具家電など全てのものを当日に届くように前々から設定していたのでこちらとしては今日開けてもらえないと困る。担当の方は荷物の受け取り日をずらしてほしいと一点張り。この引っ越しシーズンで当日受け取れなかったら次いつ届くかも不明な中、新生活も始まってしまう。鍵屋さんに開けてもらうからといっても確認しますので少々お待ちくださいと。結果2時間以上待ちました。あってはいけない事態だと思います。今後この不動産屋さんを利用する皆さんにこのような事が起きない事を願います。

On the day of the move, when I came to pick up the key, I was told that the key did not reach the shop due to a mistake by the person in charge, and because there are weekends and holidays, the delivery will be at least 5 days later. Since I came from afar and the Shinkansen didn't move due to the earthquake, I had my parents come by car for more than 6 hours. I had set everything such as furniture and home appliances to arrive on the same day, so I'm in trouble if I can't open it today. The person in charge wants you to shift the pick-up date of your luggage. If I don't receive it on the day of this moving season, I'm not sure when it will arrive next time, but my new life will start. Even if you ask the locksmith to open it, I will confirm it, so please wait for a while. As a result, I waited for more than 2 hours. I don't think it should happen. I hope that this will not happen to everyone who uses this real estate agent in the future.
