と	とむやむそんちゃんねる on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星ゼロです。土曜の12時過ぎに西武池袋線沿線の物件の契約で来店しました。お昼時でスタッフが足りず、待たされてしまうことは承知しており、番号札「19」で1時間半程待っていました。「17」が呼ばれ「18」がすぐに呼ばれたその刹那、次に呼ばれたのは「20」。それまでは「15番のお客様いらっしゃいますか〜」と呼びに来ていたのに、そこだけ完全スルーされたのです。その事に気づき、手の空いていたスタッフにその旨を伝えましたが、「はぁ、まあ確認します…けど」みたいな対応。そこから更に待つこと20分。場内には信じられない機械アナウンスが・・・。「21バンデオマチノオキャクサマ…」。気づいた時には「おいコラ待てやぁ！！！」と、ひな壇芸人さながらの間髪入れない反応で窓口に食ってかかっていました。その窓口のスタッフも、「はぁ、(なんでコイツこんな怒ってんねん)まあお座りください」みたいな態度だったので、私も我慢の限界でした。池袋で契約手続きする意思は無くなった旨を伝え、駐車場サービス券だけは手に入れて(そもそも駐車券サービスがあるからという理由で池袋契約にした)、泣く泣く新宿営業センターへ赴く羽目となりました。もともと池袋という街は薄暗く民度も低いので嫌いでしたが、これで向こう5年は立ち寄らないと心に誓った出来事でした。これからURの契約を考えている方、悪いことは言わないので池袋営業センターだけは辞めておきましょう。 ※ちなみに新宿営業センターの方は神対応でオススメです。 Zero stars.
