一週間で出来上がってましたが、
連絡は忘れられてて、お電話して聞いたら、
出来上がってますのでとりにきて下さいとの事。連絡しなかったら忘れられたままだったんでしょうか。。。ちょっとそこは残念でした。
お気に入りの洋服をまた使えるのは嬉しいです。出来ばえは悪くなさそうですが、
また何回か着てみて確認します。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スーツのパンツのポケット入り口のほころびをお直しお願いしました。買ったときよりも頑丈な状態にしてくれました。
お直しだけで考えてたのですが、アイロンもあててくれていて、気持ちよく翌日からスーツを着ることが出来ました。
ロッテリアの上ですが、エレベーターの場所がわかりづらいです。ロッテリアの左側の方にあります。
店内は、小さなザ・作業所といった感じです。
洋服に関して自分は素人なのですがいい仕事をしてもらったのかなと思ってます。ありがとうございました。

ですが、実際店舗に行くとHP記載の内容と違いすぎます。
値段にしろ、裾あげ30分の謳い文句にしろ（これは他のお客さんもいる手前仕方ないですが）、HPを今一度記載直ししたほうが良いと思います。トラブルの原因になりますよ！
HPの内容と実店舗のサービス内容があまりに違うと、杜撰な管理体制なのかなと信用を落としかねないです。
それぞれの店舗に任せる体制なのかもしれませんが、それではHPが意味を持たない。
何かしら対応されたほうが宜しいかと思います。

スラックス2本の裾幅を直してもらいましたが2週間程で2本ともミシンの縫い目がほつれて穴が空きました。
その旨を伝えたら「一度でも履いたらお直しは有料です」と冷たい対応でした。対応の仕方も軽くあしらう感じでとても不快感を感じました。
大切な事は最初から伝えるべきです。もし利用する方は必ず細かい所までチェックする事をオススメします。
