★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place offering soothing food with a nice, cosy atmosphere! My girlfriend and I were put off by the overpriced offerings at Gion so we came to this part of town. Staff speak some English and are used to seeing foreigners, so English-speakers won't struggle too much here. The chicken udon was quite satisfying ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, friendly and efficient staff. Cosy eating house. The food came quickly. Good thing we went early at 6.00pm. The other diners started coming in after that. Definitely recommend this place for a warm, tasty and value for money meal! Love the udon! ??????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food & authentic experience. As soon as you walk inside, you can tell this is a long-standing business. The food here is delicious, the service is friendly and quick. The broth has a different taste than what you would find in Toyko, but it's extra delicious! If you're wanting a good size meal for a good price, definitely check this place out! And the large size is massive, perfect if you're super hungry. Just a short walk from the train station, easy to get to.
