恐らく店イチオシのぶっかけうどんを購入。 小麦粉が麺を装おうとしているが、残念ながら細長い小麦粉。舌触りもねめねめしており、コシは極限まで削り取られている。 店内は万人受けする臭さで、雰囲気も良い感じに悪い。一般的なまずいうどん屋とは一線を画す総合演出。

隣がコンビニで向かいにスーパーがある恵まれた立地条件。しかも駐車場がめちゃくちゃ広い。…が、13時45分頃の入店であったのにもかかわらず客は皆無でした。 あまりに口コミ評価が悪いからさすがの僕も警戒して『しょうゆかけうどん小』を注文。古い田舎の家のような店構えなのに普通にセルフ店でした。 標準トッピングがレモンのみで、大根とネギと生姜はセルフトッピングでした。細麺は一見したところでは透明感があってエッジも効いている印象なのですが、食べようとすると麺にコシというかハリがないことに驚きます。 唯一のセールスポイントはその細麺の長さくらいでしょうか。

ここ「池田うどん」は県道22号「善通寺綾歌線」を善通寺方面から綾歌方面に進むと、道路沿い右手に「ラ・ムー飯山店」が見えてきます。お店はこの「ラ・ムー飯山店」の県道を挟んで北側斜め向かいにあります。 本日は開店時間11:00を10分程過ぎた11:10に到着。とにかく駐車場が広く、車を駐車しやすいのが大きな特徴です。 早速入店です。店内は奥行きがあり、2人用と4人用のテーブル席が多くあり、カウンター席や座敷席は有りません。先客で地元の方と思われる年配の女性客が2人居ました。 また、今日は寒波の影響で昼間でも結構冷え込みましたが、店内は暖房が効いてなく、少し肌寒く感じました。 さて、メニューを見て色々迷いましたが、今回は「かけうどん(大)」と天ぷらは「かき揚げ」と「半熟玉子天」を頂きました。 ここは先払いのセルフ店ですが、開店直後だったので、天ぷら類や、おにぎり等はまだ並んでませんでした。 取り敢えず「かけうどん(大)」が出来上がるまで席に着いて待ちましたが、うどんが出来上がると同じタイミングで「かき揚げ」と「半熟玉子天」が揚がってきました。うどんを受け取り、「かき揚げ」と「半熟玉子天」を取ってお金を払い、レジ横の薬味コーナでネギをタップリ入れます。尚、薬味コーナには「ネギ」と「生姜」は置いてますが、「天かす」は置いてませんでした(少し残念!!)。 受け取った「かけうどん(大)」ですが、丼からの湯気が凄く、熱々なのが一目瞭然です。麺は少し細目で、白くて綺麗な麺です。また(大)なのでボリュームも普通にあります。 出汁も綺麗な澄んだ色で、イイ匂いがしてきます。最初に麺を一口啜ると、コシは弱めの柔らかい麺で、非常に食べやすくズルズル入ります。お腹にも優しい感じがします。ここは好みが別れる所ですが、コシが弱めで柔らかい麺が好きな方にはイイうどん屋だと思います。 次に出汁を一口啜ると、私的な感想ですが、昆布の風味を強く感じる非常に味わい深い出汁です。この出汁、結構美味しく麺との相性も抜群です。この出汁は、食べ終わってお店を出た後も口の中に残る美味しさでした。 とにかくうどんに関しては良い意味でどこか「家庭的」な感じのする美味しいうどんでした。 天ぷらの「かき揚げ」ですが、箸で摘まむと指先にシットリ感を感じますが、一口食べるとシットリ感以上にコロモのスカスカ感が強く、もう少しサクサク、パリパリ感があっても良かったと思います。「半熟玉子天」の方は、黄身がイイ感じでトロッとしていてこれは美味しかったです。 うどんを啜ってる間に、天ぷらも次々と揚がっていて、食べ終えた頃に欲しかった「ちくわ天」が出てきたのが少し残念!! 総じてうどんの麺は柔らか目ですが、とにかく出汁が美味しかったのが印象に残ったうどん屋です。
