★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stunning quality!! It preserves beef tongue's unique texture (kind of chewy) yet tender and easy to bite off. Right thickness, right amount of salt to enhance beef tongue's umami. Even Wasabi (garnish for beef tongue) is a perfect match with beef tongue. I wasn't hungry but surprisingly+easily finished the whole set menu! (4slices/8pieces of beef tongue, a huge bowl of rice and ox tail soup) A bit expensive than other beef tongue places but it's definitely worth it! Totally love this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food! Chef speaks English and is super helpful! The grilled beef tongue is so tender and has so much flavor. The spicy edamame is amazing if you enjoy roasted garlic. And the soup has a great light flavor . An all around perfect meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my goodness! I’ve never had ox-tongue like this one! It was so tender and tasty? I like “lengua” in Mexico but this gyutan at Tsukasa is out of word! Hats off ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was quite tasty but signature plates are small portions and we didn't quite understand you were suppose to buy smaller side side dishes to round out your dinner.
Every bit of meat was tender and cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor. It can get pricey though, and again we didn't parse ll a basic menu option that came with rice, soup and a portion of grilled meat that we could have built our dinner around.
Friendly and boisterous staff greet new patrons and shout out orders to the kitchen.
Table seating, with bar seating along the back wall and kitchen. Come early or wait in line.

Even me and my husband are not travelling in 仙台，we must take the Shinkansen to pay a visit this restaurant!
Staffs are friendly and efficient, foods are amazing. Tofu is surprisingly good!!!!!
