丹	丹野喜寿 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当方の所持免許は中型自動車。保持資格は小型移動式クレーン、玉掛、床上クレーン、等。３年前に登録しましたが、そのあと仕事は切れずに斡旋して頂いております。社会保険も完備しておりますし、私としては大変助かっております今年某企業さんでお世話になっておりましたがバカな部長と、折り合いがつかなく辞退させていただきました。アズスッフは派遣業なのですが、その案件をちゃんと理解し扱える人間はいません。人材派遣というもものは、個人の能力を理解し適した場所に送り込む仕事だと私は解釈しておりますが、アズスタッフの人間は人の能力を理解せず？理解する能力持っておりません。現在３年ほどお仕事を頂いておりましたが、アズスタッフさんからの仕事は辞退させていただくことにしました。会社は人が育てるものと思っております。私はトヨタ自動車さんでおせわになっていたこともあり、TOYOTAイズムを実践しております。それを否定されると私のポリシーがなくなってしまうので、アズスタッフを退職しますが、基本的には良い派遣会社だと思っております。ただ自分のキャパシティーを越えると正社員さんは壊れます。笑笑 Our driver's license is a medium-sized car.
