★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約時は良い店舗だと思っていましたが、契約後誤案内の多さにびっくりしました。
しかもau側は誤案内について認めているにも関わらず対応出来ないとのこと。少なくとも8つほど誤案内されています。謝罪もないです。挙げ句の果て、ヨドバシの店員から「貴方はお客様ではないです。」まで言われました。本社の人間と話しましたが、言ってることは、私が正しいとのこと。本社の人はクレーマーではないと言っています。
本社から厳しく教育するように言われました。ただ対応については、何とか許してくれないかとまで言われました。誤案内されて謝罪もしないし、クレーマーでもないのにクレーマー扱いする神経がある意味凄いと思いました。
誤案内されても許せる心の広い人は契約しても良いと思います。ただかなりの数の誤案内なので
覚悟しといた方がいいと思います。
※お客様相談窓口は店員の字で書いた証拠があるにも関わらず対応できないとのこと。
