牛タンは提供時間が遅くなるとの事で注文したウニとイクラが乗った味玉です。
半熟状態の黄身に乗ったウニは甘味が有りイクラの塩味と交わり美味しいです。
・牛タン極定食3枚2,640円(税抜)
牛タン極焼、牛テールスープ、麦飯、小鉢、抹茶団子の定食内容となります。
肉厚の牛タンは程良い歯応えで味わいが有りテールスープは軟らかく旨いね！
・葱たっぷり茹でタン500円(税抜)
メニュー通りの葱が沢山入った茹でタンは鉄板が熱々で提供され美味しそうね！
軟らかい食感と思いきや牛筋の様なコリコリとした口当たりで此方も美味しい。
・本日の鮮魚三種盛り600円(税抜)
仕入れによって違う鮮魚三種盛りは真鯛、中トロ、タコが桝に入った一品です。
真鯛とタコは歯応えが悪く中トロは脂の乗りがイマイチで少々残念な刺身だね。
ご馳走様でした。
炭火焼きの極牛タンと茹でタンは違った食感と味わいで美味しく楽しめました。
鮮魚三種盛りは少々残念で有りましたが目的の牛タンを食せて良かったでよ。

It is a set meal of beef tongue grilled, beef tail soup, barley rice, small bowl, and matcha dumplings.
The thick beef tongue is moderately crunchy and tasty, and the tail soup is soft and delicious!
・ Boiled tongue with plenty of green onions 500 yen (excluding tax)
Boiled tongue with lots of green onions according to the menu is served hot on an iron plate and looks delicious!
It has a soft texture and a crunchy texture like beef tendon, which is also delicious.
・ Today's three kinds of fresh fish 600 yen (excluding tax)
The three kinds of fresh fish, which differ depending on the purchase, are a dish of red sea bream, fatty tuna, and octopus in a box.
The red sea bream and octopus are not crunchy, and the fatty tuna is not good at riding, so it's a little disappointing sashimi.
It was a treat.
The charcoal-grilled beef tongue and the boiled tongue had different textures and tastes, and I enjoyed them deliciously.
It was a little disappointing to have three kinds of fresh fish, but I'm glad I was able to eat the desired beef tongue.
