K	Kstech on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サービスでプーアル茶が付きます。濃厚魚介豚骨系ながら細めの麺を採用する珍しいラーメン屋さん。魚介の主張は弱めなので細麺でも重さやしつこさはなく食後も割とスッキリしています。チャーシューは厚めのバラ肉ですが柔らかく出来ているので脂身以外も容易に噛みきれます。半熟味玉は黄身がゼリー状のギリギリ固まっているくらいの頃合で味の染み具合や柔らかさが絶妙です。国産黒毛和牛ホルモンのラーメンがウリのようなので次はそちらを注文してみたいですね。 Pour tea is included in the service.
