特製醤油そば 肉玉飯 平日19時30分。待ち1名。10分。 食券は後買い。チャイムがなったら入店し購入する。感染症対策されてますね。 スープは醤油の主張と複雑な旨味を感じるが見た目ほど濃くなく喉ごしよくて美味い。最近流行りの淡麗醤油に近いと思いました。柔らかめの細麺はスープによく絡みますね。数種のチャーシューは個性があり旨し。ご馳走さまでした。

【2201訪問】 平日昼に訪問して4人待ち。スムーズに回転して5分程で入店出来ました。 待つこと10分弱で肉飯と同時に到着。スープの底にも胡麻ダレがあるので、よく混ぜるとより胡麻感が強くなりますとのアナウンス。醤油ベースのスープに胡麻と辣油と花椒を加えて担々麺風にしています。胡麻をより強くして出汁をリッチにした支那麺はしごの担々麺といった感じでしょうか。辛味や花椒も控えめでとても上品な美味しさ。めちゃめちゃ好みの味です。ゴマゴマした担々麺が好きな方なら絶対共感してくれると思います。肉飯もオニオンソースとネギラー油の2種類がかかっているので飽きずに食べられます。大満足。ご馳走さまでした。 It's tantanmen. The soy sauce-based soup has a rich sesame flavor and is very tasty. 【2112訪問】 平日昼で待ち無しながら入口に「ベルが鳴るまで食券は買わずにお待ちください」との注意書きがあったので少しだけ待って入店。 スープの改良をされているのはtwitterで確認していたのですが11月半ばに一段落した模様です。味玉醤油そばの食券を購入し着席から5分程度で着丼。牛骨/豚骨/豚肉/煮干し/節系/野菜/貝/麦茶と香油に少量の地鶏脂を使用したというスープですが、節系と貝の風味を主に感じました。以前に比べて日本そばのお汁に近い印象。やはり無化調で良質な出汁を追求すると日本そばの汁に近付くのでしょうか。八咫烏や柴崎亭も同じ印象です。細ストレートの麺はサクサク系の食感。具材も丁寧に調理されていて美味しかったです。物足りなかったので替え玉を追加。玉ねぎが入っていてそのままでも美味しい。ラーメンのスープを適量加えて好みのバランスにして完食。独断と偏見で女性芸能人に例えるなら高畑充希さんのようなラーメン。以前の方が個人的には好みの味でしたが店主さんが日々改良をされているので今後も楽しみなお店です。 It is a soy sauce ramen with a soup similar to Japanese soba noodles.The soup mainly has flavors of dried bonito flakes and shellfish.

+ Incredible good taste + Extra soba only costs 150 Yen + Fast service, nice friendly staffs - Price is very high, but somehow reasonable 5 out of 5 in total, worth of a try.

Great soy based ramen. Sometimes a bit of a wait, but move quickly. Machine is only in Japanese, but you can probably figure it out by matching characters to the signs and or guessing. That's what we did and had a great meal.

The ramen was ok, but I prefer others. The flavor was ok, but not as thick or tasty as other ones. Worth trying it though.
