A	Aoi K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 授業内容は良かったのですが、退会時の対応が納得できませんでした。退会希望を伝えた際、時期や残りのレッスン回数に関してお問い合わせしても返信がなく、そのまま退会できたと考えておりました。 5ヶ月後、最終月の月謝が未払いとの連絡が突然ありました。レッスン数回分が無駄になり、受けてない月の月謝を払うことに。電話にて「規約はご自宅にありませんか」と聞かれましたが、規約を確認したからこそお問い合わせをしたのです。私ももっと複数回確認のご連絡を入れなかったことは悪かったとは思いますが、先方の伝達ミスにも関わらず安くない料金を支払うのは不愉快でした。あまりそういうことをしていると信用を失いますよ。 The lesson content was good, but I wasn't convinced of the response at the time of withdrawal.
