ライスもついてボリュームがすごい。
ノリで蓋しているからかとろみがあるからか、スープは熱さを保っていてよい。
脂身もあり重たいかな？と思ったけどあまり気にならない。厚みもあって食べ応えあり！
もちろんスープも飲み干したけど、中盛りはかなりボリュームあるので注意点！
ちなみにオミクロンで時短影響開始中！

今日は天皇誕生日で祝日
店へ到着すると、この時間でまさかの並び発生してた?
しかし待つこと数分で入店
特別ラーメン950円、固、濃、少、ライス大
まずスープを…温いわ
丼を温める事をしていないのね
、スープの濃度はマズマズで美味しいのに仕事省いて勿体ない。
チャーシューはパサパサで好みでは無かった
他人のレビューで出てくる輩感丸出しのガッツリ紋々入れた店員がシールドマスクで私語連発
それマスクの意味無いからさ…
こんな衛生意識が欠落してる人が近くにいたりするだけでも嫌です、まして作る料理を食べるのはもっと嫌ですね
皇綱家もそうだし池袋はまともな家系ラーメン屋が無いね

平日14時頃皇綱家に向かうも昼の部終了とのこと。口が家系だったのでこちらへ。こちらは新中野武蔵家系のお店。皇綱家も系譜を遡れば同じなのでリカバリには十分。終日ライス無料おかわり自由で卓上につぼ漬沢庵もあるサービスぶり。麺硬めでお願いした酒井製麺も濃い目のスープも安定の味。スープに浸したのりとつぼ漬でライスを掻きこみ大満足。
