極太チャーシュー麺を頼んだ感想としてですが、麺が太くてまるでうどんみたいです。
コシがあって美味しいのですが、芯まで茹で上がってないように思えました。
また、チャーシュー麺を頼んだのに肝心のチャーシューが4切れしかのっていませんでした。
普通のラーメンだとチャーシュー3切れ程のようですが、1枚増やすだけでチャーシュー麺と呼ぶのはおそらくこの店だけだと思います。
ちなみに某ラーメンチェーン店の幸○苑でも、普通の中華そばを頼むとチャーシューが4切れ入ってます。
そしてスープがぬるいです。
あたたかいラーメンを食べたいのに、スープを一口啜っただけで、がっかりするほどのぬるさ。
例えるなら、釜揚げうどんが入っているお湯ぐらいの温度でした。
口コミをみると高評価が多く、期待して入店しましたが、限りなく期待はずれでした。
唯一良い点は、ラーメン一杯の値段がそんなに高くないという点でしょうか。
まあ、喜多方にはもっとレベルの高いお店がたくさんあるので、次は別のラーメン屋に行きます。
自分が喜多方ラーメンを他の人にオススメするなら、この店は選ばないなぁ…

As for the impression that I ordered the extra-thick char siu noodles, the noodles are thick and it looks like udon noodles.
It's chewy and delicious, but it didn't seem to be boiled to the core.
Also, even though I ordered the char siu noodles, there were only 4 slices of the essential char siu.
It seems that ordinary ramen is about 3 slices of char siu, but I think that this shop is probably the only one that can be called char siu noodles just by adding one.
By the way, even at a certain ramen chain store, Koen, if you order ordinary Chinese noodles, you will find 4 pieces of char siu.
And the soup is lukewarm.
I want to eat warm ramen, but just a sip of soup is disappointingly slimy.
For example, it was about the temperature of hot water containing kamaage udon.
Looking at the word-of-mouth, there were many high evaluations, and I expected to enter the store, but it was endlessly disappointing.
The only good thing is that the price of a bowl of ramen is not so high.
Well, there are many higher level shops in Kitakata, so next time I will go to another ramen shop.
If you recommend Kitakata ramen to other people, don't choose this shop ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メインの通りから奥まった狭い道のところにあります。駐車場は店の前と店の横に数台分あります。いずれも狭い道のところにありますので、大きめの車両の場合は駐車がしにくそうです。喜多方駅から徒歩で5〜10分くらいです
店内はテーブルが3卓です。2階もありそうですが、詳細は不明です
朝10時頃でしたが、すぐに着席できました。その後は並んでましたので、時間帯によっては混むと思います
着席してから注文します。極太手作り麺やチャーシューがおすすめと書いてあります
ラーメンは喜多方ラーメン！という感じで縮れ麺とあっさり醤油味の王道ラーメンです。チャーシューもチャーシュー片が花のように並ぶ飾り付けです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 極太ちぢれ麺、喜多方ラーメン、チャーハンを食べました。さっぱり喜多方ラーメン！美味しかったです。
昼時でしたのでかなり並んでました。（3組ほど）また店員さんが少ないのですが、丁寧な接客と調理のため、提供までは少々時間がかかる感じでした。サッパリとしており、また食べたくなるラーメンです！
I ate extra-thick chijire noodles, Kitakata ramen, and fried rice. Refreshing Kitakata ramen! It was delicious.
It was noon, so it was quite lined up. (About 3 groups) Also, there are few clerk staff, but due to the polite customer service and cooking, it seemed that it would take some time to serve. It's a refreshing ramen that you'll want to eat again!

外観から内観までノスタルジックな雰囲気が堪らない喜多方の人気店。
確かに極太ですが非常に喉越しの良いムリュモチッとした麺でスルスルと入っていきます。
スープは非常にあっさりで塩分濃度も優しい毎朝飲みたくなる様なスープ。
そして一見申し訳程度に乗ってる2つの小振りな叉焼ですがこれがめちゃくちゃ旨いです！構成の大半を担う脂身は体温でトロける様な物で肉肉しい部分にはスープより強目な味付けがなされており要所で非常に良い仕事をしてくれます♪
今回はなまえさんより味の強い坂内さんから行来ましたが逆にすればもっと此方の良さを体感出来そうな気がしました。次回がまた楽しみです。
お店の隣に3、4台ほど停めれる駐車場あり。

This time, I came from Mr. Sakauchi, who has a stronger taste than Mr. Name, but on the contrary, I felt that I could experience the goodness of this place. I'm looking forward to the next time.
There is a parking lot next to the shop where 3 or 4 cars can be parked.
