★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他店で購入した腕時計のバンド調整で伺いました。時計売り場担当の方が非常に親切でした。女性の方は一所懸命。男性の職人さん？には、長さで迷ってるところ、バックヤードから出て来て親切にアドバイスをいただきました。いくつも買うものではないですが、時計に関して必要なことがあればまたこちらでお世話になりたいです。

When I was wondering about the length, I came out of the backyard and kindly gave me some advice. 購入した品の仕様が少し違った為交換をお願いしたところ、何も言わずに不機嫌顔をされ開封してませんかって。見たら分かるはずなのに。感じ悪と思いながら交換。最後まで不機嫌顔で何も言わずお客を不機嫌にさせる対応は問題有りですね。こちらは申し訳ないと思いながら低姿勢だったのに。1人の悪対応で他の店員さんも、もしかしたらと思ってしまう。残念なエディオンにならなようにお願いしたい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オープン直後から家族で3回ほど訪れています。コツは10時に入店すること。ガラガラです。コロナ禍の今は注意が必要です。
夫がゆっくりと家電を選ぶ間、私と娘は地下一階のおもちゃ売り場で時間潰しをしています。地下一階は阪急四条河原町駅直結しているし、とても便利です。おもちゃの品揃えは抜群！トイレもとても綺麗。シルバニアコーナーは大量のお人形であそべます。遊ぶ時も、除菌のウェットティッシュが備えてあり安心です。
用事を済ませたら、上階のレストランで食事も出来ますし便利でしたよ。
