Discovered they had sold me the wrong item so I tried to exchange it at 10am today. They spent an hour trying to convince me it was ok to use. Even though the manufacturer clearly states on their own website it's not made for my camera. I showed them the website which explained as such and they still kept me there for an hour trying to convince me it would work. It took 4 guys over an hour to decide whether or not to exchange an unopened camera strap. Customer service is great until you throw them a curveball - then it's all too hard. Go anywhere else but here.

There are electronics upstairs (such as electric shavers and headphones), alcohol on the ground level and non prescription pharmacy items and some snacks downstairs (such as ointments, vitamin drinks, face masks and sake flavoured kit kats). I spoke with three different staff members and none of them seemed to know anything about their products, so as long as you know what you want this store is convenient.
