They did not mind that I was not fluent in Japanese. As for the food, I couldn't ask for more. You can choose how soft you'd like your noodles, the richness of the broth and the amount of fat added to the broth. There are many toppings to choose from including garlic, onions and sesame seeds. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the meat is some of the best I've had in Japan. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone and I can't wait until my next visit!
