昔、栄店がオープンした頃の赤丸と比べると、てともスープが薄い感じを受けました。
当時は衝撃的に美味しかった記憶があったので、自分の味覚が変わったのか、リニューアルされたのかは定かではないですが…。
ただ、お店の店員さんや雰囲気はとても明るく良いお店だと思いました。

Compared to the red circle when the Sakae store opened a long time ago, I felt that the soup was thin.
At that time, I remembered that it was shockingly delicious, so I'm not sure if my taste has changed or if it has been renewed.
However, I thought that the store clerk and atmosphere were very bright and good.

餃子も美味しいけどアイスは高すぎる。
肝心のラーメンは赤も白も上品な味で下品な私を中和してくれる。
お気に入りの店。

The dumplings are delicious, but the ice cream is too expensive.

東京に住んでいた頃はヘビーユーザー、名古屋に住んでもヘビーユーザー！
味はいつ伺ってもブレない味ですね！
白丸は言うまでもなく、王道のとんこつラーメンで、臭みなく最後までスープを飲み干せるちょうど良い濃さです。
私はいつも麺の硬さは「ハリガネ」でオーダー。粉っぽいままの方がスープによく絡みます。
実はこちらの店はチャーハンも美味です！
個人的には愛知で有名な某ラーメンチェーンのチャーハンよりも圧倒的に美味しいと思います。替玉して胃袋に余裕あればぜひチャーハンも食べてみてください。
ちなみにこちらの店長さん、若い女性の方ですが接客がとてもよく、周りに目が届きますし、オペレーション回しもうまいなぁ、と毎回感じます。
美味しいお店には美味しい理由が接客にもありますね！

I always order the hardness of the noodles with "Harigane". The powdery one is more entwined with the soup.
In fact, this shop also has delicious fried rice!
Personally, I think it is overwhelmingly tastier than the fried rice of a certain ramen chain famous for Aichi. If you have enough space in your stomach, please try fried rice.
By the way, this store manager, a young woman, has a very good customer service, and I always feel that I can see the people around me and that I am good at turning operations.
There is also a reason why delicious restaurants are delicious!
