豚骨ラーメンのお店みたいですが、玉子とじラーメンをかなり推してるようなので、たまご醬々麺900円と平日ランチタイム無料の追い飯を！
玉子とじラーメンは以前名古屋で有名なのを食べた時にぬるく、残念だったことがあったので、チョイ心配して待ちました。
やって来たのは、麺線が美しい、いかにも優しそうなラーメン。
スープはフワフワの卵が全面に浮いたまろやかな豚骨スープで旨い！
で、火傷するくらい熱々！！
麺は見た目通りの細い低加水のパツパツストレート。
フワフワで細かい卵と麺が絡んで旨いです！
辣油が効いた肉味噌を混ぜるとまた、違った味に。
麺を食べた後は、追い飯を丼に入れて頂きます。
まだまだたっぷりの卵！
かなりの量が入ってます。
もちろんスープまで完飲完食。
この玉子とじラーメン好きです！
他のラーメンも食べたいです。

It's like a tonkotsu ramen shop, but it seems that you're pushing for egg-shaped ramen, so you can buy egg noodles for 900 yen and free lunch on weekdays!
Tamago Toji Ramen was lukewarm when I ate a famous one in Nagoya before, so I was disappointed, so I was worried about it and waited.
What came was a ramen with beautiful noodles that looked really kind.
The soup is a mellow pork bone soup with fluffy eggs floating all over and is delicious!
And it's hot enough to get burned! !!
The noodles are thin, low-hydration straight noodles as they look.
The fluffy and fine eggs and noodles are entwined and delicious!
Mixing meat miso with chili oil gives it a different taste.
After eating the noodles, you will be asked to put the additional rice in the bowl.
Plenty of eggs!
It contains a considerable amount.
Of course, the soup is completely consumed.
I like this egg-shaped ramen!
I also want to eat other ramen.
It was a treat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまご醬々麺900円に平日昼は無料の追い飯をオーダー。麺は細麺で博多豚骨のような細さ、スープはあっさり目。チャーシューも鳥と豚の2種類で歯応えがあるタイプ。個人的には少し値段が高いですかね、替え玉券を頂いたので他のラーメンも次回食べてみます。
We ordered egg noodles for 900 yen and free additional rice on weekday lunch. The noodles are thin and thin like Hakata pork bones, and the soup is light. 玉子とじラーメンののぼりが目立つお店です。
1番人気のたまごじゃんじゃん麺900円と肉餃子を頂きました。
細麺好きなので美味しく頂きました。
卵も細かくてくどくなくて最後まで美味しく頂けます。
餃子も肉と野菜で選べます。値段は360円
平日と土曜のランチだとラーメンセットで200円で頂けます。(6個入り)
私的にお冷の代わりに凍頂烏龍茶が頂けるのがとても嬉しかったですね！
感染予防対策もしっかりされており、安心して食事が出来ました。
他にも豚骨ラーメン770円や気になる柔らか焼き豚丼360円など卵苦手な方でも食べれるラーメンの種類があります。
今度は焼き豚丼食べたいです(*^^*)
ランチは13:30ラストオーダー✩.*˚
夜も20:00ラストオーダーなので今度夜にも行ってみようと思います！

I ordered egg jean jean noodles and pork bowl. It was 1000 yen including tax as a set only on weekdays. Thick eggs and light pork bone soup go well together. This thin noodle is my favorite type of noodle. I'll come back later

豚骨スープを卵でとじた､まろやかでコクのあるラーメンです??
麺は極細麺ですが､スープを吸ったふわふわ卵がたっぷり絡みますね?
レアチャーシューは豚肩ロースと鶏モモの2種類?美味しいけどサイズがちょっと寂しいかな。
肉味噌はチョイ辛でささやかな味変を楽しめます。
卓上にお水じゃなくて“凍頂烏龍茶”が置いてあるのも嬉しいですね(^^)

カウンターには誰もいなかったのですぐ座れました?
駐車場はお店の前2台くらい？他にもあるのかな？とりあえず狭そうです?³₃
久々に卵とじラーメンで美味いと思えるものに出会いました✨
期間限定と書いてあったけど、これは続けてほしい！！！
溶き卵でまろやかになっており、ついつい飲み干してしまいました?
上にのってる肉味噌的なのは確かにパンチ出ますが、まろやかなままで最後まで味わいたい人もいると思うので別皿で出してくれたらなお嬉しいなぁ、、、?
でもお店綺麗だし、店員さんの接客は丁寧で完璧??
焼豚丼も出てきた時は『ご飯とチャーシューのバランス悪くね？』って思いましたが、食べてみると底にもタレと刻んだチャーシューがあって、まさにベストなバランスでした✨お見事！！！！
餃子も美味いし、お水じゃなくて凍頂烏龍茶なのも嬉しい?
とても気に入ったのでまた食べに行きます??✨
