★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急な引っ越しでも対応してくれました。少ない人数で皆さん忙しそうなのに、漏れがないかチェックしながらこまやかな仕事をされていました。内見で決められるか不安でしたが、質問したらすぐ答えてくれ、物件を契約することができました。自動ドアが早く直るといいですね（笑）
He responded even to a sudden move. Even though everyone seemed to be busy with a small number of people, they were doing delicate work while checking for leaks. I was worried whether it would be decided by a preview, but when I asked a question, he answered immediately and I was able to contract the property. I hope the automatic doors will be fixed soon (laughs)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ①機械式駐車場の説明なし、カギも渡されず2日間駐車できなかった。
結局、管理会社と直接連絡をとって2日後にカギをもらった。
②ネット回線の工事をするので希望日を教えてくださいと言われるも結局いつになったか連絡が来なかった。
結局、工事業者から当日に連絡きたが工事日を知らなかったので立ち会えるわけもなく、スケジュール組み直して工事をお願いした。
③駐車場と部屋はセットなので機械式→平面駐車場に変更は出来ないと断言された。
結局、管理会社に聞いたら変更は可能とのことで申請した。
以上をエイブルに伝えたところ「改善出来るよう管理会社にも連絡しておきます」と言われました。
改善すべきはエイブルであって、管理会社は何も悪くありませんでしたが、ご理解いただけていないようでした。
全体的に対応がめちゃくちゃですが、「口コミの投稿よろしくお願いします！」と自信ありげでした。勘弁してください
(1) There was no explanation for the mechanical parking lot, and I couldn't park for two days without being given the key.
In the end, I contacted the management company directly and got the key two days later.
(2) I was asked to tell me the desired date because I will be constructing the internet line, but I did not receive any contact when it was.
After all, the contractor contacted me on the day, but I couldn't attend because I didn't know the construction date, so I asked for the construction by rescheduling.
③ It was declared that the parking lot and the room are a set, so it cannot be changed from a mechanical type to a flat parking lot.
After all, when I asked the management company, I applied for it because it was possible to change it.
When I told Able about the above, I was told, "I will contact the management company so that I can improve it."
It was Able that needed to be improved, and the management company wasn't bad at all, but it didn't seem to understand.
Overall, the response was messed up, but I was confident that "Thank you for posting a review!" Please let me go
