麺固さを指定しなかったんですが十分固めでしたね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 博多ラーメンとメンマ増しを頂きました。初めて日曜日のお昼時に行きましたが先客は２組でした。お昼時にしては空いていたので少し心配になりましたが、食べてみると美味しかったです！豚骨ラーメンですが味はこってりし過ぎずどちらかと言えばあっさりしていて美味しかったです！個人的にはチャーシューは美味しかったです。食べてみると口のなかでとろけるぐらい柔らかく私の好みには合ってました。また、メンマも固すぎず味もしっかりしていて美味しかったです！唯一、九州出身の方がこのラーメンを食べたら少し濃さが物足りないかもしてませんが、この辺では一番美味しいラーメン屋だと思います！今度行ったときは高菜を頼んでみたいです(o^∀^o)
I received Hakata Ramen and Menma. I went there for the first time at noon on Sunday, but there were two pairs of customers. I was a little worried because it was vacant at noon, but it was delicious when I tried it! Although it is a pork bone ramen, the taste was not too thick and it was rather light and delicious! Personally, the char siu was delicious. When I tried it, it was so soft that it melted in my mouth and it suits my taste. Also, the Menma wasn't too hard and the taste was solid and delicious! Only people from Kyushu may not be satisfied with this ramen if they eat it, but I think it is the most delicious ramen shop in this area! The next time I go, I'd like to order a mustard (o ^ ∀ ^ o)

写真はキクラゲ追加、激辛高菜追加（別皿リクエスト）。
スープは臭くなくて綺麗な豚骨です。
胃もたれせず、スープまで飲み干せます。
麺はデフォルトで固めな印象です。
Delicious authentic Hakata ramen.
The photo shows the addition of wood ear mushrooms and spicy mustard (request for a separate plate).
The soup is a beautiful pork bone that does not smell.
You can drink up to the soup without feeling heavy on your stomach.
The noodles have a firm impression by default.

I entered for the first time. Very elegant Hakata ramen. It's easy to eat because it doesn't have a peculiar smell, but it may not be enough for people who like it.

皆さんがおっしゃっている通り、あっさり系ですので、物足りないと思う方はいそうですね。
Char siu noodles with toppings are 100 yen. I was surprised at the amount of wood ear mushrooms, but it was delicious.
As you said, it's a simple system, so it seems that some people think it's not enough.
